I have updated information about the incident that happened yesterday @9:35,the Pharmacists name that violated my HIPPA rights with disclosI h of my personal information around other customers being present is (Daniel Bauer) he works T the Walgreen's off Camden Rd, he is very unprofessional and very rude this man shouldn't be allowed to work around or with people in a public setting where he has access to their private information

well, I went to this location to get covid tested and the Pharmacists and his techs were very rude and very unprofessional, they had me waiting for about 3 minutes until they even acknowledged my presence. When the tech came to the window to help me, she was very rude and didn't have any professionalism by working in the pharmacy, she then turns to go ask the Pharmacists about my appointment, I heard him and his staff discussing my personal business in the open when other customers were present, they totally disrespected me as a client and violated my HIPPA rights. The Pharmacists keep repeating my full name loudly and discussing my business in front of people who were shopping and standing close by me as my business was being rudely disrespected and my rights being violated.The Pharmacists was a tall light skinned guy with a beard that works at the Camden and Hope Mills rd location. I will be taking this matter of my HIPPA rights being violated to an Attorney they knew better and did very poorly with protecting my privacy as a client of Walgreen's. The staff at this Walgreens needs to have more training on Customer service HIPPA. I don't recommend this Walgreen's to anyone.

I will always be a customer of Walgreens but the employees in the photo lab (manger) need to be nicer if they want to continue my business.

I feel very sorry for this staff. They look exhausted. I have to wait at least 45 mins in the drive thru every time. They need help, not rude customers treating them badly.

Have been on hold for 1 hour 15 minutes waiting to talk to someone in the pharmacy and finally hung up!!! This location sucks so bad!! You can’t honestly tell me you had that many people on hold and waiting inside!!! Been waiting on my prescription for 2 days already bye Walgreens

On May 24th at 5:50 pm my niece was here to pick up my prescription as I was not feeling well. My niece needed to confirm my address while in line I replied immediately to her but the lady working the drive through said "Do you have the address or not there's another car behind you and we close in 2 minutes." Very rude behavior I'm not sure if she talked to her this way because she's a young adult. My niece did not take long to provide her with an address. This woman needs to be retrained or to not work with customers. I'll be calling today to speak with a manager.

The drove thru is terrible. Employees are frustrated a d do not greet you as you pull up the the window. They make no apologies or explanations as to why you sit 45 minutes in a line of only 3 cars. After that long wait it was backed up to 8 cars. It's as if they are filling prescriptions at the window while the person waits for it.
