Walgreens on Village Dr. and Owen Dr., Fayetteville NCI usually do not leave any reviews but I must say I had the best service today. Salima is absolutely the best pharmacy technician. She is very courteous and helpful. Without hesitation she helped me to save money for my prescription today. Thank you so much.

Unfortunately, the pharmacy staff at this location are incompetent and I'd recommend folks going to another location for their meds and vaccines. After arriving to a scheduled vaccine appointment, they: - Gave me incorrect information about the cost of a vaccine. - Repeatedly mixed up type of vaccine I came to receive. - Shouted information about my insurance coverage across the waiting room area, past other customers. - In my paperwork in person and online, I indicated a medical condition. As I was about to get the vaccine I wanted to confirm with the pharmacy tech they noted my condition (in the case it impacted anything about the vaccine) and they looked completely suprised by the information (that I had provided 2x at this point) and seemed totally unsure what to do. ( were they about to give me a vaccine without taking the 2 seconds to review the form I'm required to complete to ensure there wouldn't be any adverse reactions?) After all of this I backed out of getting the vaccine from this location. The lack of knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail displayed from the moment I got there was enough to convince me that this is absolutely not somewhere I trust to administer anything in my body.

I worked here in 2007 and it was a toxic work environment filled with selfish and incompetent leadership. I look back on this place and realize this was the worst place I have ever worked. The people were just awful, especially the head manager. I am not surprised at all to see such low reviews and bad experiences.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I've complained several times about receiving calls and texts about my prescription being ready for pickup and when I get there they have no record of the order being placed. Then they have to see if they have it in stock or I have to wait around in town for 30-45 mins for them to fill it. The store claims there must be some sort of glitch in the system. This glitch has been going on for over a year or more.

Horrible customer service and they are supposed to fill a 30 day supply at 28 days but they wait till 31 days or longer therfore you run out of medication. Don't use Walgreens unless you're able to go without medicine

Never have any issues with this store, majority of the staff are always helpful, the shelves stay stocked, pharmacy usually has the meds I need. For sure my preferred Walgreens in the area

Horrible customer experience the girl named Nisha was rude as hell I've been in customer service for about 19 years and I'd never act the way she did. Won't be back I've already changed all of our perceptions due to poor customer service and lack of respect!

Had a 9:45 flu shot appointment but I left at 10:15 because I hadn't been seen. I understand the pharmacy being busy but the consumer is also busy.

Don't use the pharmacy there. Even the manager (name starts with a R she wouldn't even tell me her name) is rude as it comes. Go down the street to cvs or anywhere else. Don't go there!!!!

Awful customer service, terribly rude staff and extremely long wait times in the Pharmacy. Constantly “not receiving” Rx’s even though providers have multiple confirmations of delivery. The pharmacy area is always crowded with staff seeming to be cutting up and playing while customers are waiting 30+ minutes for service or their medication. Ridiculous. Was literally just told my sons medication had been “waiting at the filler to be filled” for over 4 hours … THERE IS NO FILLER. ?

I’ve called 3 times and held forever because there “were more than 3 callers ahead of” me. Then it gets to me and they hang up. Same thing yesterday. I’ve been waiting on refills for 5 days, this is completely ridiculous. Their customer service is awful. There are plenty other options for pharmacies that I’ll be switching to and hope others use caution and do the same.
