I never write reviews. The pharmacy staff have consistently been so rude to me when navigating med situations that I have actually avoided getting my meds out of not wanting to interact with them. At least four times I have been treated rudely by the same employee and then other staff occasionally as well. I am well-versed in healthcare and insurance and don’t need to be patronized, dismissed, and treated like I’m in the wrong for asking basic questions. I have worked in retail, and I know that the system is being very hard on pharmacy staff right now and I think they should go on strike, but not against me. The end.

Usually when I go to the pharmacy at this location, the clerk/technician helping the customers at the counter is very rude. However, when I called to check on a prescription recently, I was pleasantly surprised to receive good customer service and just wanted to take the time to point out that Holly, who took my call, is doing a great job.

Refilling prescriptions with the automated phone service works very poorly but the in-store pharmacists are extremely fast and helpful. A lot of the negative reviews towards the pharmacy are probably directly related to frustrations from trying to deal with things in any way but in-person.

I tried to be professional and contact corporate about they workers and i feel i have been Discriminated against they have been taking days on end just to fill my prescription, i get disrespectful unprofessional Attitude when I go in there like they told them that I reported them. Now, I'm pregnant and it's taking them forever. I don't appreciate it, I'm tired of being looked down upon base off my race. Cause you don't want me to report they nasty attitudes. That's whats people do. Also, i was told by the corporate office that someone would get back in touch nothing . Im smart tho i record all coversations so lie.

This was a HORRIBLE experience.I’ve never been spoken to so rudely by a Pharmacist or Pharm Tech.I was simply picking up a diaper cream for my baby, and the staff not only talked about me to where I could hear, but also talked trash about my doctor too, after they spoke to him on the phone.Horrible customer service, won’t be back.

If it were possible to leave negative stars I would. It's not the store or store employees, it's the pharmacy and their employees. They are ALWAYS rude. They have absolutely no positivity in them. I pray I NEVER have to use this pharmacy again!!

I currently moved to the area, so I got my prescriptions moved to this location. In all my years of picking up prescriptions from Walgreens, this store is the absolute worst. Terrible customer service and communication. I've tried on 4 different occasions to pick up my medication in which I was unable. On the last attempt I arrived and was told by LINDA it would take a few moments to fill (even though I had received a notification letting me know the medication was ready 2 days prior) I waited for aprox 10 mins and at 1:30 I went back to the counter to see if it was ready - when I was told again by LINDA they would not be able to get it ready for me because the pharm went to lunch, and he has to sign off on it for them to be able to give it to me (THEN SHE JUST STARES LIKE SORRY NOT SORRY) How can you check someone in and THEN not notify them that even though they are filling my medication, the pharm stopped to go enjoy his lunch. I'm glad he was able to enjoy his lunch while I still can't get my medication. The absolute worst location. IF YOU READ THIS PLEASE DO NOT GET PRESCRPTIONS FROM THIS LOCATION. (If I could give 0 stars I would.

This is the worse pharmacy ever. Take my advice and RUN!!! My doc called a medication in on a Wednesday, and on that following Monday they tell me its not in stock. Yet they received the medication on that previous Wednesday. Thays just one situation, not to mention they are very slow. Barely want to answer the phone and a whole bunch more. I will be switching my medication elsewhere. This location is horrible RUN!!!!!

Horrible service. I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes and the horrendous waiting music has said “there are more than 3 callers ahead of you” for the past 2 hours. I’m just trying to ask and see if they take tricare!! I’m sorry, but god forbid people who need their medications if it’s life and death.

Pharmacy is terrible they are never on top of things they are alwasy out of my medications. They tell me when I can pick them up and when I come to pick them up they arent there, are on back stock, or need to be ordered. I always get the run around with my meds and they always mix up my insurances. I have to deal with pain and whatever else until they get they issues straight. Honestly if CVS carried the med I needed I wouldnt even deal with Walgreens at all. Sometimes they even have one lady that unpleasantly welcomes you, like yea can I help you smh

Quick. Clean. Helpful. Walgreens accepts Tricare Select for Retirees. I just had to pay a few dollars instead of hundreds. Prescription filled the same day it was prescribed.

I went to get my Shingles shot there on July 8th and they gave me a reminder to come back on or near August 5 for the 2nd dose. I made an appt for 8/8 on the website. I get there they tell me I have to wait 60 days. They give out the wrong info and then act like its no big deal, they gave me this paper.

Vanessa is extremely rude. Needs to work on her customer service skills. And this location is super slow! I asked For a transfer at 1pm. My pharmacy sent over the script and they tried to tell me they didn’t receive it until 5pm. I did Not receive my meds until after 6pm! Definitely wont be using this pharmacy anymore.
