Usually very satisfied with this location. Today there were different people working & they were unable to listen to what I was saying/ asking. Very disappointed.

I’ve been coming to the Walgreens (#178262) on Raeford road for years! Most times I’m likely greeted by a pharmacist named Jessica who is always so very helpful to me and her colleagues! She is consistently positive, shows genuine concern and competence! Whenever there is a dilemma regarding our prescriptions she is always able to help us through it. We need more genuine, knowledgeable, and professional individuals like Jessica in the medical profession! She makes life so much easier for those of us who are busy caretakers. I truly appreciate her! I associate this Walgreens location with Jessica she absolutely owns her role and responsibilities. She goes out and beyond!

I love this Walgreens pharmacy but I wish so much they would stop using the slip to place your ID and debit card inside of when you check out via the drive through window. I ABSOLUTELY HATE IT!! I HAVE THROWN AWAY SO MANY ID'S AND DEBIT CARDS DUE TO THAT STUPID FOLDER THEY PUT YOUR STUFF IN. I know I can't be the only one! I just had to order another ID card and this is like the 4th one because they stapled my Id to my prescription bag and without thinking I took out my prescription and threw away my ID and bank card. It's so frustrating. I really wish they would stop using those things.

Had a crazy experience today when I went to get medication with my mom. I go with her almost every time we get medication, lately they haven't been done when we request them 3 days or more in advance. When we went to get them Shelby behind the counter jumped in and humiliated my mom when she's complained once, this was because it left us without medication over the weekend I feel the orginal complaint was justified.. I was shocked as I also work in customer service and would never treat anyone in my own store let alone in my personal life the way she treated us. When we were waiting for the medication she was talking down and making comments about my mom ect to other coworkers. The unprofessionalism is crazy in this store. Miss our old pharmacist who use to work here.

I’m writing this review to share my wife’s recent, extremely humiliating experience at Walgreens Pharmacy (2605 Raeford Rd, Fayetteville, NC, 28348). Over the past year, the quality of service at this location has declined significantly. We used to have an outstanding pharmacist who ensured prescriptions were filled on time and built positive relationships with customers. We were so appreciative of the staff that we even purchased gift cards for them every Christmas. Sadly, those days are long gone.
Recently, delays in filling prescriptions and poor customer service have become the norm. Despite requesting via online at least three days in advance to request refills, it’s now a constant struggle to get medications on time. Most recently, My wife requested online ahead to refill medications for our family. Despite this, the prescriptions were not ready for pickup on Friday (9/13), leaving us without essential medications over the weekend. When they returned the following Monday, they were made to wait because the prescriptions still hadn't been finished.
When my wife tried to address the issue, the manager, Shelby, reacted in an extremely unprofessional manner. Instead of resolving the situation, she chose to publicly humiliate my wife in front of other customers, employees and our children. Shelby began verbally berating my wife before she could even voice her concerns. This kind of degrading treatment is unacceptable and should never happen to any customer, especially when they are rightfully worried about a delay in necessary medications.
Shelby's behavior demonstrates a severe lack of management skills and professionalism. Customers should not be treated poorly for expressing legitimate concerns, particularly when they’ve followed all necessary steps to avoid these problems. It’s shocking that Walgreens would permit this type of behavior from its staff, which reflects poorly on the company as a whole.
After this experience, it is clear that we will be taking our business elsewhere. There are many pharmacies that understand how to treat their customers with the respect and care they deserve.

1 minute late and needing to buy medicine from store for sick wife, was yelled at by employees, “do you not see we are closed?” Ok dog, I get wanting to go home, but what did I do? Seriously mean for no reason
