Absolutely lazy and rude customer service by Jacqueline. This person tries to lecture me about depositing cash into the ATM instead of transacting with her every time I come through the drive thru. This is how you treat disabled veterans just trying to conduct business? Then I shall find a new bank for my business.

I was working on a deal to buy a vehicle from out of town sellers (vehicle was jointly owned). Owners arrived a day earlier than scheduled. I was not prepared with funds or notary services. My concern was to properly and legally purchase the vehicle. Notary service and cashier's check which would provide a proper receipt. Walked into the branch on Walter Reed road and explained my situation. Normally this requires an appointment. Even though I did not have an appointment, the bank personnel provided professional and courteous service to myself and the sellers. I would like to thank this branch location, Jacqueline and Christine Blue for their help and superior customer service.

I dread having to use this branch. It is always understaffed with tellers inside who are actually working. Staff is friendly, but efficient service would be better!

This branch is horrific, I am a long time Wells Client and this is the only branch I've had issues with. It appears to always stem back to Kristrina Pacheco who is the branch manager and who lives on a MAJOR power trip. She thinks she is special and is of no help at any time. Wells would be best served to show her the door as she is clearly a burden to clients and employees alike.

Cashed my check with Shelley that went smooth , then attempted to deposit some of my cash in the drive up atm where the deposit jammed while processing, called inside they told me to call customer service and open a claim did that, now I’m playing the waiting game with them to find out when my money will be released. I also have BANK OF AMERICA and they would refund the money until the claim was over and if they found out everything was accurate then that would be that, and if it wasn’t they would remove the money that was credit back from your account. I don’t understand why it can take 10 business to find out about anything going on. Bills don’t stop because your money is being held. THIS HAS BEEN THE MOST INCONVENIENT ISSUE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH AND WILL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY AFTER MY MONEY IS RELEASED….#Way to go atm operations team ??

Drive thru teller was super pleasant and informed me that I could have conducted my business at the atm and I didn't have to go thru the drive thru teller and helped me with my Venmo app not linking to my account ?
