Went to this location to open up a joint checking account and two credit cards. Trying to establish a local bank. We were first turned away because we needed an appointment. We finally made an appointment with their earliest available being three weeks away. Fine. So we made the appointment and we CONFIRMED the appt reminder the day before our appointment. Not once was it mentioned that there is a “5min grace period”. Due to traffic we arrived 10 mins late and they turned us away. They told us they decided to take another couple (who did not have an appointment, which was told that it was a requirement to have) to open accounts for them. Later by another rep said “oh they only had a question about their account.” So who was lying on what was going on? I took vacation time off to come to this appointment (and as a pregnant woman I could have saved that time for my maternity leave instead, but wasted it on this company) they said I could file a complaint with Wells Fargo which I did, and was told I would receive a call but never did but only 10 days later to get a generic email about scheduling an appointment and that my case is closed. Overall I am so glad this happened because I can’t even imagine how they treat their customers based on my one interaction alone. The branch manager should honestly be ashamed of how this was conducted. I have worked in the banking industry for 8 years and if it takes an hour to open up a checking account, they are doing something wrong. Apparently this company does things wrong. History proves that after researching Wells Fargo more.

Wells Fargo is getting worse and worse. First I have to make an appointment to get my daughter an account started because no one stays in the bank other than the tellers who obviously don’t know anything else and they don’t do the debit cards in the bank anymore either. I am going to close my account here and swap it to ANYONE else. This is boo sheet

If I could give less than one star I would. I went in there today to make a payment and since it is a closed account I needed them to get the account number. While the teller was willing to help me the manager told her no. I wasbasked if I had a phone and if so I needed to call myself. She stated it was because they didn't have people who could help, there were at least 6 people working. This is not my first time paying on this account and needing them to call to find it. She was just very rude with how she handled it. Now I see why people say to stay away from Wells Fargo. To have a manager who isn't willing to help shows they don't care about their customers

The employees here are always professional. Very seldom is there a line or extended wait. Very clean interior.

This branch will not give me a withdrawal slip to take with me so I could have my business already filled out. The manger said August 3,2022 they couldn’t because it was a legal document. How is it legal document and there is no information on it until I put my information on it. That’s when it becomes a legal document. The manager said because of scammers. What can a scammer do with a blank paper with nothing on it and you sure can’t put in a teller machine. They have nasty attitudes at this bank.

Poor experience.Had to notarize one piece of paper and waited close to half an hour before just walking out. Apparently, entire bank has only one person that can notarize and was having a meeting with his/her “boss.” Well it was a very long meeting.I would imagine a reasonable bank would have more than one person who can do notary work or would at least provide a more accurate timeframe.

Attempted to set up an account online, and it advised me to go into a bank to complete the application. Upon showing up, there was no one in line, and only two customers seating and awaiting a ride. I approached the teller and she advised me she could see if they could set up an account with me really quickly(I'm moving out of town and have another bank that won't be available in my state to deposit money). She spoke with the banker who said he had an appointment at 3pm(it was 3:02). She told me I could wait until 3:05pm and then I'd be able to take the appointment for a no show. While I was waiting another employee approached me and said I could set up an appointment for another day. Even at this time 3:08, the other customer still hasn't shown up but they were happy to refuse to set up my account today. What happened to the days of customer care. I'm glad I had this bad experience to judge Wells Fargo off of. I'll happily avoid giving them any business, especially with only half of their employees willing to help. Guess this is the norm with post Covid.

This one of the worst experiences I have with banking. Every visit I have to wait for an hour or more to get hold of a banker to get to my safe deposit box or any other banking needs. They claim to be short staffed for over a year. Bankers can be seen just making small talk with customers instead of attending to the long line of waiting customers. They dont even have a sign in sheet anymore. PNC bank down the street is far more customer friendly. Manager here is not receptive when we approached him with this.

My sincere gratitude to Banker Derrick McArthur who took time out of his lunch break today so he could help me solve my banking issue when I had hit a wall with online banking! His caring attitude was evident, refreshing, and appreciated!

Needed to get some Notary done and the Notary lady was kind and understanding. I had a important phone call that came in during the process and didn't want too be rude, she understood and still worked with me and allowed me too take the phone call.Oh yea, let me also say, I had to make this appointment with notary and after I scheduled it the notary called me back and said she could fit me in the next day!

How on earth this bank can be so slow is a mystery to me, I came in to pull some money out of my account while my replacement card was on the way. After waiting outside the front door for 15 minutes before anyone came out and told me I had to go to the side and drive through with the teller, I then had to wait over an hour to drive the 25 meters from the front door to the teller window. An hour is beyond ridiculous as I write this there is currently a nearly 15 car line waiting for these slow tellers.
