I’ve gone to this branch several times in the past 4 months. It’s the closest location to me. Today I go at 1:17 and they’re randomly closed. They’re drive thru is never opened anymore. The banker is never in site and the same 3 employees are always there and only one maybe 2 tellers actively working the long lines. I do not recommend this location at all

We called to know if we needed an appointment with a banker, we were told to "only" show up.1. It seems that we needed an appointment.2. Something it shocked me when I heard "we do not have Banker today".3. We really needed a banker. The person in charge denied the fact to have a manager of the branch, and did not help AT ALL to find a banker in the whole area of Fayetteville, NC.We have been clients of Wells Fargo, I would love to be able to give zero for the branch

I lost my debit card and needed it replaced, I called to have the car replaced on 7/24 /21 I have not yet to receive the card, 7/31/21 when I call on the 7th Day the guy tell me oh it's lost, you will have to reorder the card again, okay so now you got me 7 days without a card and then I got to go seven more days without a card I'm highly furious and upset with this Bank.

We really like Wells Fargo Bank on Raeford Road in Fayetteville NC. I drive my nintey=one y.o. aunt to Wells Fargo. All the employees (those who work the drive=up window as well as those working inside) are nice/knowledgeable back tellers. Ms. Patricia usually works at the drive up window, she is the absolute best! She is so kind, so sweet, all the while taking care of your business transactions. She's the best!

DO NOT come here, waited almost an hour to get a transaction done that takes less than 5 minutes to do. The POOR WOMEN working was all alone taking care of three lanes of customers during a pandemic!!!! Management doesn’t know what they’re doing and I’m sure all the customers in the drive thru get mad at her when it’s not her fault. Even when the lobby is open they’re super slow. SAVE YOURSELF the frustration and your time!!! Go to Westwood they’re much quicker. Also don’t take your anger out on the teller she’s trying her best and was very kind and apologetic in regards to the wait!
