I went cross creek mall wells fargo drive thru just for deposit. But I've waited about over 15mins.This is not the first time. I always feel "wasted" my time whenever I go.Also I don't feel I'm welcomed!!

Read many of these reviews before going to this branch. I must say maybe things have changed but I had a wonderful experience with fast, professional service with ease. No complaints here

The Cross Creek Mall Wells Fargo Branch is the absolute worst branch in town.Just went there to deposit checks. Waited 20mins in line, 1 car ahead of me. No movement. Come to find out there’s only 1 teller to serve 3 cars in line at teller and 5 people waiting online I side of the bank.Worst customer service, ever!

Worst Wells Fargo location in Fayetteville. Super unhelpful when I came in trying to get a new debit card cause the app was not allowing me to do it myself. Multiple employees in the building but I was told no one could help me the 2 different times I came in. The banker I had scheduled an appointment with was “wrapped up in another task” because I was a few minutes late to my appointment when I called ahead of time and let them know I was running late. Terrible customer service

PLEASE PEOPLE BE VERY AWARE OF THE BRANCH MANAGER !!!!This women DENIED the deposit service to me after Bussines banking with them for more than 10 years and send me back with the money on my hands!!!She asked me my account number and I didn't know the number by memory so I provided to her my ID and Checking Visa card, the enough information for her to check on the system for my account number but she desired to don't do her work and got furious on me and DENIED ME the right to make my deposit embarrassing me on from of the other customers and asking me to go!!!They need to checked carefully the application, background, customer service skills and educational level when somebody apply to have a position job with the bank!!! What a fiasco! I am closing the account and moving to a better bank with a human customer service, compassion, empaty , professionalism and respect for the public. Shame on them!!!!

This is the worst branch. I made an appointment online and was greeted when I came in for the appointment. I was told that the banker would be right with me. My appointment time came and the banker did not attend to me. 10 minutes into my initial appointment time he came up to me to inform me that his previous appointment ran over, and he would be right with me. I waited 20 more minutes before I got up and left. I was on my lunch break and could not stay. I called the branch back to reschedule for tomorrow. The individual on the phone told me that my appointment was not confirmed. The same representative that greeted me and confirmed that I was there for my 3:30 appointment. I also received a confirmation code for the appointment via email. She refused to make time for me in the banker’s schedule for the next day even though they were the ones that did not honor my appointment time today. I will never go back to this branch. They are unorganized and all over the place. I advise everyone else to not waste their time.

After withdrawing money using the drive thue I realized that they gave me a fake 100 bill. Please open the envelope as soon as it is delivered to you. I did notice that the cashier was taking time and was nervous at the time of the transaction.

I used to work at this branch but unfortunately this bank does not care for their customers. The management team will not help even when customers are waiting 30-40 mins. That's not good customer service. Then Samantha and Alona talk about customers behind their back. How they have more money and a better education. These people are in charge of your money guys! That's not good customer service. They bash the Rustic burger business even though they have always been nice too me. The employees are treated badly and the management team is always threatening your position by their standards and procedures that are not put forth by Wells Fargo as a whole. I was threatened to be fired because I had Covid. Horrible branch...I have contacted HR but, I guess they do not care how employees are treated.
