The customer service has been hit and miss but not enough to review. Until they would not exchange or accept a damaged bill. Didn't even recommend another avenue to get it replaced. My last bank always helped me with any problems such as this. Hope the laziness is worth bad reviews.

Love Wells Fargo, but not happy with this branch. We have gone in numerous times to get things notarized. As a notary their only job is to validate the signature. They read the document and then go to others to have them read it. Called the toll free number and they did confirm, they should not be concerned with the content...just the signature. We have been long time customers, but only use that branch when necessary.

My Mother & I just spent 1 1/2 hours riding around Fayetteville, NC looking for WELLS FARGO BANK. Our usual bank on Green Street is closed due to Hurricane Florence flooding , which we did NOT know it was closed until we got there. Just a sign on the window saying closed will open as soon as possible. Why not put on the sign another location for customers to go to???? . We, customers for over 30 years & no contact from the bank about closing or where another location is in Fayetteville, NC. I searched & found 2 ,locations (Rockwood Road) but GPS carried us to a apartment subdivision . NO WELLS FARGO BANK IN SIGHT. THIS IS ABDURD. THIS IS WHAT YOU THINK OF YOUR CUSTOMERS???? I WILL BE CHECKING IN TO OTHER OPTIONS TO DO OUR BANKING. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME WELLS FARGO HAS FRUSTRATED ME!!!!!

I had my mortgage with them for 15 years without ever being late on one single payment. Once I got laid off from my job. I got behind 3 months. I called them asking for help. They wouldn't even put the payments I was behind at the end of the mortgage. They wouldn't help me at all. Eventually they repossessed the house. Luckily the people who ended up purchasing it rented it to us until I was able to repurchase it myself. It took only 4 months for them to repossess it. I was given the shaft at every point. I will never do business with them again. And, I will inform everyone I know about them.

I would highly recommend using another bank other then wells fargo , this bank has terrible policies and many problems ! Especially if ypu want to use a business account . To many problems in a short period of time has lead to this review , i will bank with Wells Fargo ever again
