3/19/2024. Clearly the owner's care nothing for this franchise. First, arrived at lunch and there were no bags in most of the dispensers. For a franchise whose premise is select the appropriate bag and fill out your order this was the first strike. So, we used a generic order bag given by an employee. Sandwich on front and fries on back. The employee ringing us up was nice but had no knowledge of the register or ringing up orders. I added corned beef and my ham to my sandwich along with double meat. The employee attempted to ring up every item individually while asking the other employee how to ring it up. I am guessing at over 25 dollars I was charged somewhere close. The problem, although I paid, and had a conversation confirming with the employee what I had ordered there was no double meat and you guessed it no ham or corned beef! Went to get our drinks and there were no lids and the drink station looked like a disaster. When our order finally arrived there were no fries. I reminded the employee that the fries where on the opposite side of the generic bag that he gave me. I then had to wait another five minutes and he gave me one order of fries. I asked where the other was and he remembered there were two orders. Yup, had to wait while another order of fries was dropped and finally left. Both employees in the store were very friendly. That is not the issue. The issue is no proper training, no one supervising the readiness of the restaurant, and its cleanliness. Several other people had their orders messed up while I waited for ours to finally get done. I don't blame the employees. This is clearly an owner and management issue. They must not care because the restaurant clearly reflected it. Save yourself the trouble and if you walk in and the restaurant doesn't look like its ready to serve you and the employees don't appear to know what's going on; leave. You would think the P&L statement for this location would be considerably off from other stores like the one in Tarboro, NC (first class) and either the franchise or the owners would figure it out. This restaurant needs serious help!

This place is not like it used to be a couple of years ago. Barely any brown bags in stock to create your sandwich and no pens available, tables dirty, lights in the ceiling flickering and same drawings on the wall from 3 years ago. Service was good. This place has a lot of potetial specially because it's located next to a movie theater.

Super sketchy, loud rap music, and the lights were flickering. Looks like they didnt even bother to prepare the dining area. This was at 5pm on a Friday

I ate here on 2/24 and for the first time, I can say it was the worst experience. I went in the afternoon, there were 3 people working and they took 30 minutes to cook my food. I was the only one there with my husband . The fries were cold and uncooked, I asked them to remake my sandwich because they messed up and they barely did any better. They made my food and just left the counter completely the whole time and I had to grab them. I would NEVER go back to the THIS location again.

I just moved to fayetteville from NYC and finding a good sandwich spot is hard to find. not anymore!!! These sandwiches are soooo good and remind me of the hot deli sandwiches I get from my hometown.Remarrio and the rest of the staff at this establishment are super friendly and very attentive to the customers when they walk in as this company has a unique ordering system.The overall environment is fairly clean. I didn't get a chance to use the restroom but the kitchen and sandwich making areas are very clean.This is my new sandwich spot and I highly recommend!

We ordered picked at about 6:55pm which was supposed to be ready at 7:15. We arrived a little after that time and proceeded to wait about twenty minutes for our order to be ready. There was only one person behind the counter while the other two workers were sitting in the lobby and in the bathroom. Food was mid and def not worth a twenty minute wait.

This place is disgusting, if they don’t clean the guest seating area, drinks counter, bathrooms or anywhere else I could see…what do you think where we can’t see looks like!? I wouldn’t trust eating

Dirty, unorganized, the sweet tea was 100% old and my sandwich was thrown together. Wait time exceeded 20 minutes, surprisingly that time was not spent on giving me a quality meal.

My first time at this establishment. First off the sandwiches are absolutely delicious! The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in. They also went out of there way to walk me through how ordering works. Great service! They were very friendly and made the sandwich exactly how I requested. My food was delish! 5 out of 5!

Went to which wich and it smelled of sewer, the sweet tea tasted as it had been sitting out overnight, it took over 20 minutes to get my sandwich and then I had to wait for fries to cook…so I ended up with a bag of chips. Let’s just say that was my first time there and it will be my last.

Never been to this establishment, but Ramarrio was real cool and helped me find a sandwich that I really enjoyed. The staff makes me want to keep coming back.

Worst Service ever. Came in today and my family and I order a subs. We had to wait 20 mins for our sub. We were the only customers at that time and still had to wait 15 more mins for my sub to come out. Only one worker was doing most the work. While everybody else and the manager were just talking and gossiping about their life. never coming back again. WhichWich you gotta do better and hire better staff. instead of lazy workers just not doing anything.

The service was absolute Chef Remarrio was well adequate about knowing the menu and gave a few great recommendations I received the Philly cheesesteak and it was grand! Very good customer service from him immediately! 5⭐️ for the customer service and friendliness food was 10/10 as well I would like to point out that the other workers there did not perform their duties to perfection some of them would take orders and sit down or just walk around and not make the order the chef made the orders took the orders and served guest their meal at this point it’s a one man show he definitely deserves a raise or a higher position and for that I gave 4 stars for the other guest who had to wait longer than normal to receive their meal one person can’t do it all overall everything was great just a few details I noticed
