When I first opened an account at this branch around 2012 the service was outstanding! I was 55 then and I had never had such conscious, professionally courteous service. However, there has been a drastic fall off, to the point I am seriously considering changing branches. The tellers are openly hostile. They seem to go out of their way to make whatever assistance you need to be as unpleasant as possible. They all act like you're interrupting their day; that you are there to serve them. On a corporate level, I called to get an answer to a simple question: can someone make a deposit for me if I gave them all of the necessary information? Corporate said "No." But I knew someone had made a withdrawal for me. I called again. This time someone could make a deposit for me if I gave them all the information: ID, card, PIN. I had to ask this branch the same question: all they would need was my account number. Yes, 3 calls, 3 answers.

I love the option of being able to cash a check with the app on your phone and it deposits it even on a holiday, BUT! I dont like how, now that I am about to start a job, I see they never gave me anything with my account and routing information on it,(I have something with my account number but no routing number) the app wouldn’t show me. I even went to the site. Nothing. Then I called the 24 hr number to try to speak to someone and get it over the phone, doesn’t give you the option to ask for the operator. Even after you entered the account number or your bank card number, it asks you to enter your pin (im assuming for your card) it said mine was invalid. So im stuck waiting until they open which is 10am I believe which is kinda late for a bank in my opinion.

Worse place to bank I went to cash my stimulas check which it says they can cash it there online but they said I had to see the manager stupidest people and horrible service

Do not bank with Woodforest Bank unless you like being robbed. They do nothing about fixing banking errors that are their fault. You cannot trust what the app tells you is your available balance. This "bank" is just in it for the fees.

I wouldn't reccomend Woodforest to anyone. Service is terrible. Theyre all just worried about themselves than to care to get what you need done.

Have Only Had great experiences with the Ramsey St branch, the online mobile, and Customer Service phone assistance! Have used them since Ramsey St branch first opened!

Excellent Service - they know their customers and their family members by name, always happily greeting when they come in. The biggest thing Woodforest needs is more locations throughout Fayetteville (at least at each major areas of the city and other surrounding cities and towns. God bless
