Most of the time they have exactly what I need but if the store is out of stock the wonderful staff can get it to you lightning fast. Team members like Ulisses is why I shop Advance Auto!

Great customer service. My Honda van broke down at the store and the store manager left us stay with him after the store closed so we could stay warm because it took awhile for our ride to arrive. Everyone was super nice. They went the extra mile for us and I really appreciate that. We will be back. Thanks again.

Excellent customer service, the guy in the giant shirt was very help and wise, Larry’s son was very knowledgeable as well, much like the employees at o’reillys, unlike o’reillys however he actually came out and fixed the small problem with my car.

It's my local go-to for parts or supplies that I, for whatever reason, gotta have *today.* I must admit that most of my visits occur out of a real duress situation, and yes, online retailers rhyming with "Al-Anon" and "ePray" are generally cheaper, but sometimes I just need to put my hands on a part before I buy it -- and later, bring back, when despite touching it and comparing it to what my brain believes I needed, it turns out that I did in fact choose the right career (far from mechanic). And yeah, while the nearby "O'Blimeys" brick and mortar competition is admittedly a newer and larger store, Advance says that "our best part is our people," and that's usually true. What they sometimes lack in raw knowledge they typically make up for in sincerity with their efforts to help their typically-distraught patrons. Store manager Juan and his team have consistently taken very good care of my myriad arcane sub-shadetree-level DIY car care, restoration, and repair parts needs for many years now. If they don't have it in stock, usually another store nearby does, and they can usually get it same-day or next-day. Even "Amawrong" isn't that fast. They're not the cheapest, but I do love my SpeedPerks VIP level rewards, and the staff both tolerate my persistently intense browsing and even (by sheer grace) smiled and joked with my super "engaging" napless toddler son during that phase of his life. Turns out that their best part really is their people.

Great staff... Joey helped me out by making sure the new alternator worked before I had it installed. First one didn't work. He got the second one from the other store and translated for me to get a local mechanic to get it installed. I am one happy traveler.

(9/4/2022) ( 4:50pm) Eastern time zone. The customer service here is terrible!!! I was treated like a dog, by one of the Advance Auto parts worker. He has a very bad attitude and thanks to him I will not be coming back to this location or any other Advance Auto Parts location Globally. Terrible way to treat hard working customers. (Not even a formal treatment of customer) I rate the individual working in this location -4 star customers service.I would not have had this problem if Jose, was working in today, he knows how to treat customers and knows alot about cars, very smart guy. 5 star to jose ? ? ? ? ?
