Sometimes you just stumble on to the best of things. All I needed was my mower repaired. I called several places that said it would take at least a month. I called Ed and first he asked a couple of questions to diagnose before bringing it out. Not to waste our time. I took it to him and he had it ready in just over a week. Perfect. When I picked it up, Ed and I talked for a bit as people can do. Mower is in great shape. Super pleased to have discovered his business and will definitely return.

Recently took my push mower to Ed’s Small Engine Repair for some work. The service was excellent and I learned several things about my mower that I didn’t know. My mower was fixed quickly and runs perfectly now. Ed and his wife are great and I will bring my equipment to him in the future for maintenance and repairs.

I own a 30” Toro Timemaster and I would not take it to anyone but Ed. He not only does top notch service, but he also takes the time to educate the customer and potentially save you time and money in the future. Who does that these days. Almost no one but Ed. I hope he’s around a long long time.

Ed fixed our 12 year old Troy-Built push mower in less than one hour. The self-propel feature locked up and I was unable to get the back wheels to move. He knew exactly what the problem was before he even took it apart. I'm convinced he could have fixed it with his eyes closed. Ed knows what he's doing and the price was very reasonable.

I needed to try and get my small mower running again and began my search for a reasonably priced experienced service provider. Lucky for me, I came across Ed's and am so thankful I did. I brought the mower to Ed the next morning...we talked for a few (equally as enjoyable and informative)...he said leave it and I would hear from him in a couple of days. Three (3) hours later, Ed called saying my mower was ready! I will never go anywhere else for any small engine repair! I found THE BEST with Ed. Use him... don't abuse him! THE BEST are hard to find!!

I called Ed Monday Oct. 9, Columbus day, and asked if he was open. He said Monday is his day off, and he is closed. I asked if he knew of another small engine repair shop close by. He said the ones he once knew had closed up. He asked what my problem was. I explained that the fuel line on my generator had dropped out of the the fuel tank pouring gas on the driveway. I asked for a new sealing grommet, valve, fuel line, and filter. He said Ok, come on over at 10:00 and He'll see what He can do. He was there waiting when I arrived. He made up a new fuel line with a new filter and grommet. There was nothing wrong with the valve. He explained to me the proper way to install the grommet into the tank, and then insert the valve into the grommet. My problem was solved for a $20 charge material & labor, which I think is very reasonable for off hours service on a holiday.

Took my mower by Ed’s this morning. He fixed the problem while I was there and was quite fair with me. First time I’ve met him, but we talked over a hour like old friends. He’s a good man and knows his stuff.
