Filed and signed paperwork online 10/30 for move in next day on 10/31. Access code I was given didnt work, pulled around to the office and got a temporary code after staff confirmed my documents had all been signed and the code should work, after the system showed my reservation could not be found.
Indoors is super clean, outside and the system could use some work. There should be a team to stop by every day to at least check the lot, check if it needs cleaning. I found nails around back by the automatic doors, one of which kept making noises like it was trying to close but looked like it was off track so it couldn't. Can't blame Go Store It, some people are just trashy. All the employees i interacted with were great though.

I used Go Store It for a year, and their customer service is excellent. The rental and move out process were fast, simple and convenient from the website. Any time I needed live help the reps were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I'll definitely look here first if I need some extra space in the future!

My debit card got hacked and Dana from Go Storage was so kind about my payment. She helped me set it up for ACH for next month. She assured me that as soon as I get my new card in mail, I can pay this months. Dana showed exemplary customer service.

I have been very happy with the customer care I have received from Go Store It on 181 Chrisantos Ave in Fort Mill. I have spoken repeated with John and he has taken the time to answer all of my questions for delivery access to the unit since I am out of state and cannot physically see the unit. This last time I have called back I spoke with Danielle and she answered all of my questions regarding my contract and the insurace associated with the contract.
Both John and Danielle have been very helpful and knowledgeable and kind.

BEWARE! They will hook you with a cheap rate to start out, however no one will inform you that your rate is promotional and it will be raised in 90 days. My rate went from $63 a month to $104. That is a 65% increase, that is highway robbery!!!!!!!!
UPDATE: After posting my review I was contacted by someone from the company who was able to assist me and reduced my rate to $80 a month.
