I have been shopping Goodwill my entire life, but specifically this store for 2 years.
Every employee has been nothing but kind over the years. Helpful. And you can't blame them for what corporates decisions are.
The clothing is tidy and the knick-knacks were organized by types. You were able to easily find what you were browsing for.
(Can't fault the employees for the price gauging their HQ is pushing.)

What this Goodwill really needs is a $.50-$1.00 discount clothing rack for clothing items that take longer to sell. The Goodwill stores down in South Carolina do this. They offer clothing that takes longer to sell for $.50 to $1.00 each, instead of just sending it off somewhere else, and it really helps out the community. Please get this right now at this Goodwill store. It will really help us people who need clothing!

Very disappointed in Blu-ray pricing. Every other goodwill charges $2 for blu-rays and for whatever reason this one charges $5 which is in the same territory as Mr. K’s. For some stuff K’s actually cheaper and they also check the discs. Even the employees feel they have to warn customers because they know people will find it absurd.

This is a great Goodwill. Clean store, extensive selection of clothes, and large dressing rooms. Every super-friendly staff person was active: cleaning, stocking, or checking out customers. We'll definitely be back.

Man thrift stores have gone downhill in a hurry. Literally pricing their donated items higher than new price tags. SMH.

There is a nice selection, and the prices are good. I was able to find a couple of items today. As I was checking out though, the lady checking me out was rude. She complained about her job to customers, and instead of handing me my change (which was coins) she dropped it on the counter. I was extremely kind to her even though she was putting off rude energy towards me. Terrible customer service. I say “thank you” and everything and nothing from her.. If someone is kind to you there is no reason of excuse to be rude to them.

Small kids section compared to other goodwills I've been to, with sizes all mixed up. Pricing very low though!

How can you possibly sell this??? I'm an atheist and this disturbed me. I had to leave. I couldn't imagine how any employees thought selling a holocaust themed costume in any store was ok. And who accepted THIS as a "donation???" . And worse, it has shoe covers to look like dirty shoes. Sick, just stupid sick.

Four stars because the store is clean and prices are reasonable. My only complaint is the young man running the register didn't wrap any of the glass items I bought. He stacked them on top of each other in a bag. He even left one of my purchases on the counter and handed me my bag of my other things. When I said something he handed it to me, once again without a bag. That boy needs his battery recharged. No hello, thank you, nothing. I plan to come back next time we have an appointment at the VA hospital but I'm praying he won't be there.

It’s absolutely shameful that Goodwill prices have increased by 3-4 times over in just a short time. Everything is donated here and they sell it for more than the item costs brand new. Anything brand name or if value is now sold online as a “boutique” item at an even more astronomical cost. Goodwill is a scam. The level of greed is disgusting. Please NEVER DONATE to goodwill. The government grants them money for job training so it’s 100% for profit and the CEO’s are millionaires ten times over. Donate to hospice thrift stores or humane society thrift stores. None of the money spent at goodwill benefits anyone in the community. They work their employees to death to maximize profits. Shameful. ?
