Called to inquire about an appointment and rates since I forgot to book with my regular groomer. The older gentleman who owns the place and generally answers the phone I Was told “Can you call back? I am too busy at the moment.”

K-9 designs is wonderful with my rescue dog. He's got lots of anxiety and doesn't feel comfortable around other dogs. When we arrive at K9, he is excited and runs into the door. Donna and her staff are great with him and knows exactly what to do to make him feel at ease. So grateful that K-9 designs was recommended to me.
