Rating on service, not products, as the products appear unavailable. We waited 10 weeks for an estimate on roughly 200K worth of windows. radio silence despite multiple attempts to follow up with text and calls. Voice mailboxes are full so the sales agents are well protected from their clients.

In 2021 I spent $80,000 on windows for a new construction home using Morrison Millwork and Weathershield windows. They were installed in this home in 2022. The original estimate needed to be revised a couple of times due to errors. When the order came in some screens were missing. While some have been sent, others remain MIA. It's been more than a year and I'm still waiting for those missing screens. Also, it doesn't seem to be possible to find some resolution to an expensive retractable screen on a french style window, which looked lovely but doesn't function at all. Someone should be accountable. And, it isn't me.

Want a $6,000 pile of firewood? Call them.They take no responsibility. Communication is terrible.They left the Rough Opening field blank on the order form they showed us and now that the doors have been made to the wrong size, it's our fault for not catching their mistake.They take no responsibility.There are plenty of window and door suppliers that will stand behind their work and own up to their mistakes. Wish we had used one of them for this job. We thought we were saving a few hundred dollars - wrong.Morrison Millwork takes no responsibility.Hope our experience saves you some pain and money.
