My wife and I both experienced a Covid exposure event that prompted us to get tested not once, but twice. Luckily, both tests came back negative. We chose Sciteck as our testing facility because of their convenient location, skilled & friendly staff, and their professional reputation in the drug testing industry. The test procedure was very simple, completely non-contact, and since our tests were submitted by Noon, we received a notification from them of results that same afternoon. I have sent many friends, family and co-workers to Sciteck over the years. They provide employer based drug testing, teen screens, and individual drug screens.They are now offering COVID testing with some of the quickest results offered in our area. This has been reassuring for myself to protect my elderly family. Since the pandemic started we have relied on Sciteck to provide us the comfort and peace of mind that our co-workers and family members are safe.

My co workers and I all got tested here for the Coronavirus and we had multiple positive results. We had to close our work for a week and in the meantime all of the people who were positive got retested at other testing locations. (They all did the nasal swap instead of the spit test the second time). Every single result came back negative the second time at the various other locations. Not to mention some people paid $75 while others went an hour or two later and they increased their pricing to $100. This place has caused us to lose a weeks worth of work and alarmed multiple people with NO SYMPTOMS that they had the virus when in fact they didn’t. I will say they seemed professional, but with the pricing change and over 4 false positive results I think we were scammed.

My husband and I have had such wonderful customer service with Sciteck! We needed Covid testing in order to travel; they are so friendly, helpful and literally walk you through every step. Our results came in a very timely fashion! I’m so thankful that there is still businesses, that believe in customer service!
