I wish I could give them zero stars. Took my truck in to get seals fixed in the rear end and brakes and tires. Had to take it back the same day. I picked it up due to not even tightening up the calipers on the rear end. Less Than 1 week later rear end starts leaking from new seals, took back and was told axle was bent. Took to a different shop and the seals were installed backwards. They are labeled to ensure proper install. Save yourself time and take to another shop

$83.00 PER AXLE BRAKE ADJUSTMENT !!!!!Scam 1:Wheel bearing on front wheel of my semi truck was loose and stopped by to torqe it. They recommended taking the wheel and hub off to inspect the bearing, clean it and replace the wheel seal. I agreed. They escorted me to the drivers lounge to wait (wasn't allowed to watch).Less than an hour passed and they are done???!!! That job is not possible in less than 1.5h.Bill was $293.01Came to inspect and found that wheel hasn't been thaken off. Heavy duty impact tool leaves marks on lag nuts and bolt threads when you take nuts off. It had no trace of it (see pic taken when job finished). never heard any rattling noise from impact gun ,wich can be heard from mile away. When asked, they assured me it was all good and the job was all done.6 days later the wheel almost came off. It could cause catastrophic accident.Scam 2 :After adjusting brakes I found one bad slack adjuster on the trailer rear axle. .Called in Snider to replace it and they got me in right away. After 2 min they finished and the charge was $83. Apparently they understood that I need brake adjustment and no slack was replaced,. Bill was $83 FOR ONE AXLE BRAKE ADJUSTMENT and on that same axle one slack adjuster was broken and couldn't be adjusted. So they adjusted only one brake that I already adjusted 30 min ago . I adjusted those brakes myself in 5 minutes yet they charge 30min/$83 for ONE wheel brake adjustment. Truck stop charges $10 per axle or $50 for 5 axles. So I guess if you go for 5 axle in Snider it would cost you close to $400 with tax.Great deal!!!!Got in, did nothing, $376 shorter. Bravo!!!

After several great experiences with Snider, I won't be going anywhere else. I have 3 commercial trucks, and regardless of their make, model, or size, I can rest assured that Rick, Becky, and the rest of the crew at Snider always get things done fast, and done right. A huge improvement from other local big name commercial truck service providers. If you need a truck serviced, make Snider your first call! You won't regret it!

I picked up a nail in one of my RV tires driving to Toxaway NC. I was referred to them by a mobile RV repair company. Haley found the tire I required (rated 20000 pounds) and set me up for this morning. She called me to let me know they were running a little late ( driving on mountain roads does that.). Chris came when I expected. Very professional and knowledgeable and strong. Anyone that's never seen a tire removed from a rim and a new tire installed with nothing but hand tools should. Chris was fast and I suggested he leave his card at the office. Great company! Thanks Haley and Chris!!!
