Will never go back here again. They are LIARS they will tell you that the store in Shelby is closed down and it’s not, I was near the Shelby location so I went. This needs to be addressed immediately. You should not lie to your customers about something like this.

Never have phones in got a brand new would not hold charge went back 2 days later no phone to replace it with have to call customer care store is pointless and called at&t and they won't even replace it with insurance

pretty mid, just wanted to trade my phone it, seemed super simple. went in person to do it, this strange short dude with a wack haircut helped me, it took forever and made it all too complicated for what it was. them when i went back to turn in my old phone for the discount he charged me extra, for what i dont know. the store doesnt even look open, go to asheville or shelby if possible, save yourself the trouble of this store

Apple ScamSo this is a short story of how I got scammed by Apple which is a common practice of their‘s. For our anniversary I bought Tamara a iPad it was the 12 inch with cellular feature, with 2 TB memory and all the bells and whistles you can get, with a price tag of around $2000. Within a month of having the iPad she noticed that the cellular feature wasn’t working she always use the Wi-Fi it wasn’t until she took it to church that she realize that she had no cellular function. And looking back through our AT&T bill we noted that it was never used. After contacting AT&T they advised us to contact Apple because they could not fix it, Apple advised us to send it in for repairs. I told the representative that I did not want a refurbished one if they could not repaired within a week they had sent back a refurbished iPad. We contacted Apple again told them the situation and that I did not want a refurbished iPad to replace a brand new iPad that was only a month old I was advised there was pretty much nothing that they could do. They told me to mail in the refurbished one that already had scratches on it and they would send us a new one. Within two days they had received the iPad and had sent back the refurbish one on the third day. When I called Apple again they told me to contact AT&T since I had a warranty through them as well, AT&T told me that my warranty was voided because they had replaced the original iPad. Apple then said that they would take care of this and an hour and a half later on the phone finally agreed to replace it. I waited for a box for one week then shipped it back to Apple only to have them ship the same iPad back to me Two days later. So now after reading literature on the Internet I realize that I’m stuck with a refurbished iPad. So that will be the last time I ever purchase a new iPad or iPhone from Apple you’re better off buying a refurbished iPad or iPhone at 50% off the asking price because if anything goes wrong with it it is their policy to send you a refurbished one not a new one. evidently this scam has been going on for many years unbeknownst to me so I just wanted to take a moment to warn all potential buyers of Apple products do not buy new. They have a second level called senior supervisor that you will never get past for no reason there’s no further phone numbers that you can call. The senior supervisors job is to make promises offer lies and you cannot even call these people back without reaching another senior supervisor. This was a expensive yet valuable lesson please learn from us.As it it turned out ATT store gave us a number with restrictions on and did not notice it until another representative took time to call att. Now they have no interest in helping me recover the new iPad. They were actually rude and condescending, advised me to call the complaint dept.Tony
