“There are some basics that I've come to expect from an automotive store: knowledge of what's in the store, items that I might need but don't know about, friendly service, and a clean store. This place was all that but next level. I overheard an employee helping an older gentleman that need needed suggestions. The employee not only gave him one buy explained why. Another guy came in asking if they could come check out his car real quick. He did, and was still out there helping when I was headed back to my car. And of course the employee who was helping me was super cool. I'm never in the area, as I only go for emissions testing, but I imagine it's like this on the daily.”
