I have been banking with First Citizens bank for several years now. I have my business and personal accounts with them. I routinely visit my local branch in Forest City North Carolina in person for my banking needs. I must say that I have never had anything but exemplary service from my branch in Forest City and all of the bank employees there. Everyone who works there from every teller to the manager has always gone above and beyond to accommodate all of my requests and needs. I highly recommend this branch and their wonderful crew.
