“We absolutely love this place. We were surprised to find such a gem in a little city. So well equipped and maintained. Better than New York City fitness clubs))) they have a full spectrum of new training equipment, pool, hot tub, steamer rooms (didn't try it yet), racquetball room, boxing room, hydromassage chairs, a lot of classes and more. The hydromassage is great, I have back pain and I'm feeling alive again after a massage! The family membership for 2 ppl is more than affordable. Great atmosphere, everyone is so friendly. Feeling like I'm home!”

They all look out for each other it's a terrific place to exercise in a very open area, there is plenty of camaraderie as well as assistance if you need it.
