We have not had to change tax providers in 25 years. Tammy and her staff are some of the most friendly patient people that you could ever ask to work with especially if you’re having to make a change. Definitely a good place for us!!!!

Help me with my tax’s and explained what was going on in a way I could understand. I been going to Jackson Hewitt since I started doing my tax’s and they have never once let me down. I recommend them to anybody when it comes to filing tax’s. They always respectful and make sure it’s done right and you good to go. I will always come back to Jackson Hewitt to file my tax’s when I need to.

I don't have a clue as to how well they do or don't do business bc at around 1:55pm today I walked in (made eye contact with the man to the left with glasses) and took a brief seat. After a minute no one greeted me so I left. Sure nearly everyone had a client but there's no excuse not to at least say, Hello, someone will be with you shortly.

Dropped my information off right at closing and received a call early next morning that I was ready to come sign and file! This is my 2nd year filing with them and both years the customer service and speed has been wonderful
