The customer service in the paint dept was top notch! Tara and crew are the best but it was hot as hell in there. Why is it 80° inside when it 95° outside? That's not safe for employees or customers!! Do better Lowe's!!!

I meant to write this 2 weeks ago. I give credit where it’s due. Tanya Tucker has earned this company 5 stars. When 2 other people pointed me in the wrong direction and 1 other failed to even provide me help, Tanya Tucker stopped what she was doing and helped me. Employees like Tanya Tucker are the reason I still have faith in humanity and the world of customer service. Good job Lowe’s. You hired a great one.

My online order experience hasn't been great yet. Thanks to the guy in doors for helping me fix everything. This guy has more to offer than Lowes deserves. I think his name was Brian. He should be the store manager. He just gets it, has common sense, competence, and empathy for people. I raised my review of this store 1 star because of him.

All self checkouts which I hate,the lines were backed up for all self checkouts, and I couldn't get any help on the sales floor.Something that really bothers me as a former retail manager not one associate that saw me even said hello or do you need any help...

I went into this location to purchase a lock for a front door and while using the self-checkout the gentleman overseeing the self-checkout asked if I needed help. I told him no but he refused to move from beside me and stood so close it made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I thought that he would move once I started to pay but didn't. He stated the manager may be watching him and I kept saying I don't need your assistance. I was about to cancel the transaction and leave but needed the lock. The lock that was purchased didn't fit so I had to return it that evening. I asked for assistance in finding another lock and an older man Joe came to assist. This was the rudest most condescending person that they could have sent to help us. He talked down to us and acted like women can't understand clear English or measurements. I have never had such awful assistance at Lowe's!!!! We left and went to Walmart. Why spend my hard-earned money at a corporation that employs people like this?????
