Has consistently raised prices, and now has once again raised the price (2 in less than 6 months) plus an additional smart tech fee, for having basic technology to access the unmanned facility. They will rip you off slowly, Will be filing a complaint with all government entities that care.

They kept going up on prices, and when my building was broken into they gave us a hard time when we tried to file the report, also THE CAMERAS DO NOT WORK THERE, and people have cut a big hole in the back of the fence and go in and break into people's buildings. Do not recommend at all!!

Do not and I mean do not put your stuff in this place. I had my deceased mothers belongings in this unit and it was broken into and whatever crack head it was stole a lot of stuff and now they have refused to pay for my loss so I’m in process of a law suit on them. I had insurance and they’re saying because it happened months back they’re not going to pay me. So we will see about that. Police stated it has been over $100 units broken into here. I regret the day I made this decision to put my stuff in here.

Would give this place 0 stars if I could! We had a break in about two months ago, filed a police report.. took FOREVER to get a new lock on our unit. FINALLY settled our claim two weeks ago. Went to check the unit today.. the lock is completely gone and our unit is broken into AGAIN. Another police report made. No camera system STILL, a HUGE hole in the fence for people to come and go as they please, a sign on the drive up gate to text a number to open the gate. We have lost a good bit of stuff. This company is a joke! Bet if it was their property, they would act different!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, nationwide! No cameras, no security, no point in using this storage facility unless you want your items stolen. Someone has a code that can give them access and they managed to steal the entire contents of the storage unit my in-laws were using to keep their household items in while they were rebuilding their house after the hurricane. My in-laws lost everything they had previously managed to save when their roof was caved in by a tree and their home was flooded with rain. They lost things money can't buy back and cannot be replicated. The facility won't monitor who is coming or going as there is no on-site employee, they don't track their access codes or scrub them after someone stops using the facility to prevent reentry of a non-patron, they don't keep their cameras working (if they even have them) and they will not care when your items are stolen.
