I went in yesterday to transfer phones. It was not straight forward and took quite a long time. Mikayla was wonderful. Patient, friendly and has a great skill set. I would request her help any day.

Tried to call and ask a simple question about my bill. Was told they can not look at my bill unless I come into the stor. Sent me to customer service. They ask for a dealers code I don’t have so they hung up on me. Called store back. Then they gave me a code Who wants to put up with this. Just answer my question. Terrible customer service!!!! Don’t use this company

The worst cell carrier ever. The service is terrible and they wasted soooooo much of my time when they switched from billing a credit card to billing directly to my checking account and had internal issues.

Worst customer service I have experienced in years. I stopped in to purchase a Home Internet service. Was told just plug it in at home for an hour to charge battery and connect your devices via wifi. Next day tried to set up and had issues, when I called store I was told to call 1-800 number of cust service. This got me a foreigner who took over an hour of my time before giving up an stating the receiver/router must be defective and I needed to return to same store and exchange unit. Next morning I called Forest City store and checked before driving there but was told they would not service or exchange since they were a retail outlet only and I needed to call T-Mobile for a return label and ship unit to them for service. I then asked if they would not exchange unit can I not just return to them for refund... Told they do not take returns at that store due to store policy. Printed receipt states clearly ,14 day return or exchange at same store!!!I finally drove into Asheville to a different T-Mobile store and they exchanged unit and helped me set up at no charge and apologized for my issues.

This store is a complete rip off. Added screen protectors and cases to our 4 phones that we did not ask for. Acted like they were included with the free phones even after we informed them that we would be ordering cases from Amazon. Then added them to our monthly bill. Never told us about any accessories charges to give us the option to pay for them up front. Did not know anything about the charges till I looked at my monthly bill. When we went to the store the manager was rude and said nothing is free. Funny that the big promotion is free phones when you switch.

Taking my 5 star rating changing it to a 1. The reason I'm giving y'all that rating because this is one of the baddest experiences I had with T-Mobile. The Hispanic lady had to yell for someone to help me because they was in the back doing whatever. The guy that helped me name was Justin. The black guy was helping someone else however both of them was nice. Back to the guy (Justin) that helped me acted like he did not want to help, looked high don't appear to be people friendly. Justin asked for my ID and I HAND IT TO HIM he slam my ID on the counter instead of handing it back to me and did my debit card the same way. Definitely the rudest and should not be working in customer service jobs. After I put both my cards away, he got a bag for my IPad and it almost fell over. Then I proceeded to asked him "Do y'all have the apple pen in stock?" Justin acted like he did not know so the Hispanic lady said "we never have those in stock." After that I got my iPad and I said thank you I appreciate it Justin nodded and the girl said have a good day I told her thanks. At this visit I was not offer any accessories to go with my IPad and if I can do a rating on the individual employee I would but I can't. They only have one color in the IPad definitely should have two options in-store. I'm very patient did not say anything to offend Justin he just looked like he was just there to be there definitely not a people person!!

Doesn't deserve a one. I called this store and asked if they had home internet. She said yes what area do you live in and I told her she said we have perfect coverage out there but when in store she tells me they don't have coverage out there it would cut off. So you lied.

So impressed with the great customer service and knowledge of Melissa & Dalyn at this location. We went in for the free T-Mobile tote and found out all about adding a new line and getting a new phone.Wonderful experience and kindness. Melissa even told us all about the deals on accessories. They were so patient and took time to explain everything so carefully for me and my senior Mom. This is the best T mobile experience we ever had
