We don't usually do banking inside but I had a problem with Verizon double charging 2 ACCTS! I came into this local branch to see if I could get some help with it since it was almost $300!!Met a young lady who came out from behind the counter who asked what the problem was and was very sweet & understanding ,said for me to watch my acct for the refund and if any problems to call her and she would take care of it.This was the 2nd time we ever had a problem and they were very good to say they would help out. Been a customer for many years before moving here so I like that they treat you great when your new coming in. Over all it worked out fine, I did call the bank to talk to her and ended up talking to someone else who was very nice. I like wells Fargo over other banks I've tried in the past.

Good people! Got that small town friendly vibe. Just had to put my momma in home for her Alzheimer's Dementia & Sundowners and had to cancel her account she has been there for about 40yrs and thay were great. They call you by name and treat ya like family.

The banker personally helped me with issues I had with Zelle and online Banking, and done it with ease and very little time. (Charlotte rd Wachovia) Great!Everyone there was so willing to help every time I've been there

Please bring them back to wells school as no one knows anything there.. went to cash a check and for hours they had me running around burning fuel with no answers on how to cash a check from a large place .. need a manger to call me asap.. im sure that will take a year.. train your people ..

Was advised that we (a local owned business with large accounts with Wells Fargo, as of now)need to find another way to get change?!Simply bringing in cash to get $100 in ones and this is what we get told and then get advised that maybe we need to find different ways to handle cash in our store. Truly taken back by such comments and words especially from a large financial institution.

My local branch was VERY helpful in dealing with a situation I had dealing with corporate. They sat, listened to what I needed to do, faxed loads of paperwork to correct department, no pressure to get what I didn't want. Corporate on the other hand..... well lets just say, they would keep me from dealing with Wells-Fargo local branch and my rating would be 5 stars.
