Heather was AWESOME!!! She really helped me through and through. I was missing a wheel lock key for BMW M240i and she helped me every step of the way. Way more helpful than the BMW dealer. I would recommend coming back her 10/10 times. She was so patient with me. Thank you guys! Thank you Heather!

My son is in the military and his truck broke down. The repairs were very expensive. Being on the other side of the country made it very difficult to help handle the repairs. Ms. Tina, was an absolute life saver. She helped walk us through the repairs and gave us several options for payments. I felt as though I had family there with him helping him get his truck back in working order. She is such a blessing. Firestone will be his new permanent repair shop!

2 weeks to get no diagnostic, no call back, useless mechanics, they probably have a mental deficiency.EDIT:The mongrels at Firestone didn’t even look at what was wrong with the car - after two weeks they said “we can’t work on it”So I had it towed back, and looked into the problem myself. The degenerate ‘mechanic’ said that by the way my engine sounded when he turned the key, it was “probably a piston, or a rod” and that I may need a new motor. He needs to get his hearing checked.I did my own diagnostic, and within 15 minutes found the problem - the timing belt had snapped. The only reason these guys exist as a business, is because they are contracted to the DOD. I know for a fact they work on all of the government vehicles for SWC/SWMG (and I’ve been told they rip them off, too - shocker), so I don’t doubt they also work on other unit’s vehicles.Trash establishment.

Had my tires done a month ago. The mechanic recommended that I need new tires. Why because the tread on the tires were uneven. When I got the tires the mechanic that put the tires on the car left and went to lunch. While I was sitting outside I noticed that my car was sitting up in the bay where he left it. The person that moved my car two bays over let it sit for about 20mins then bought it out finished. My car is out of lineament so I guess I’ll be looking at the same problem with my tires again. I don’t like paying for something that I’m not getting.

Excellent customer service, minimal waiting time. I have used Firestone for tires, alignment, brake check, and all-over review prior to a high-mileage trip.Good value, upfront about fees and charges so there were no surprises.

My vehicle was “being worked on” for over 3 hours. All that was done was an oil change and tire rotation. An oil change shouldn’t consume half my day. Absolutely ridiculous. I won’t be coming back.

!!!DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!If you are in need of any services other than a simple tire change or oil change; do not go to this Firestone !Their communication after dropping off the vehicle is very poor. My car broke down Monday and all other shops were closed so I had no choice but to tow it there. The mechanic I spoke with said he knew exactly what the issue was; and the service manager said she would contact me the following day. She did not ! I had to call her and ask about the status of the vehicle , keep in mind this is 2 hours before they close. She said the mechanic had just started on it and she will call me back. She did not ! The next morning they called saying they weren’t 100% sure if the part they want to replace would fix it and if it didn’t I would have to get it towed to a dealership; the man on the phone then asked if I wanted to proceed with the fix or get it towed elsewhere . I told him I wanted to get it towed and he said “okay” , I said “thank you” then he hung up. I then call back and tell him the tow truck is on the way and if he could please put my keys in the glove box . He immediately gets an attitude stating that I need to come in and pay for the diagnosis. Keep in mind they have not actually diagnosed the car . I noticed this man that I was speaking to was not who I spoke with earlier, I was now speaking to the service manager whom was clearly irate. I explained that the person I spoke to did not say I had to come pay . He then starts to raise his voice and attempt to shift the blame towards the customer which I believe was very unprofessional. However, I don’t want to argue; I ask the service manager could I please pay over the phone because I don’t have a ride to come in and the tow truck is already on its way. In an annoyed tone he explains that he can’t do that and hangs up the phone. This shop put me in a predicament where if I was unable to get a ride (and thank god I did) I would have been down 169$ for the tow and my car would still be stuck there undiagnosed. They did not attempt to work the situation out with me whatsoever. When I went in to pay the mechanic say me and did not say a word to explain anything about the car . This place is a headache for any problem that may be complex in the slightest! Please save yourself the time and trouble . From this experience alone , I give them0 STARS⭐️ , however google wont let me go less than 1. In the end all I got was a list of codes from my car , auto-zone scans your cars codes for absolutely free ! I believe if their communication and attitudes were better; even whilst having to pay 130 for some codes, the experience would not have been this bad .

Took my car for an oil change with an appointment made still waited over 5 hours for something that shouldn’t take longer than 40 minutes because the “mechanic” couldn’t find the oil filter lol. Most recently took a tire to get repaired and they told me it was not fixable without bothering to take the tire off to check the backside then wanted to charge me $400 for one single tire. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE TAKE YOUR TIRE NEEDS TO DISCOUNT TIRE AND YOUR OIL/CAR PROBLEMS TO YOUTUBE

I took my vehicle to this location because my window regulator was malfunctioning. They fixed the issue but did not tighten the regulator panel. I took it back twice and they did not fix the issue. I had to go to an off post mechanic to fix the problem. I also took my truck in for a repair. When I picked it up the radio was not working. They said the deck was bad. I took it to a car audio shop and the car audio tech said whoever took apart the dash did not connect the adapter cable back to the car radio deck, the radio deck was not the issue. The customer service was excellent and the staff was friendly and courteous. The quality of work needs to improve.

My car broke down on Fort Bragg - everyone there was great. They diagnosed the issue, worked quickly, and were even willing to stay late because I was coming from out of state to pick up the car when it was finished the next day. Great work from trustworthy mechanics. I highly recommend this shop.

I would definitely recommend this tire repair shop. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the prices were reasonable.

Attempting to get tires here has been the worst experience I have ever had getting tires let alone an experience as a customer period. I am a Veteran and they are located on Ft.Bragg, which means you think they would be top notch. They use predatory tactics to guilt customers into accepting sub par work. To top it off two levels of management can't be bothered to correct the problem or even return calls to a disgruntled customer. Avoid at all cost and AAFES should be carefully who they attach their name to on post.

All the guys working here were so helpful. I tried to use the air machine at the adjacent gas station, but didn’t have quarters. The clerk at the gas station couldn’t break my change, so she told me to head over there & they could help me. They were so kind, so helpful, and really went out of their way to give me excellent service. I will be back here for sure!

The average price of rotor and brake pads together are around $100 for one side for a sedan. They wanted to charge $560 for a fixService: Brake service & repair
