Walk-ins for passports take forever, but appointments were a month out. Arrived 10 min after opening and waited 2.5 hours. The lady was very efficient and did a great job, it was just a lot of people. So expect a wait. Could definitely be cleaner and needs more seats. Also, no one will ever answer the phone.
