HUGE shoutout to the staff! i didn’t catch his name but the cashier with the miami tattoo helped me get into my car that i had just locked myself out of!! he was so kind to go out of his way like that for me and it truly saved the day

I give them 5 stars, sorry I gave them a 3 rating wrong. I went in twice; the first time was to get gas and they kindly guided me to the bathroom and the second time was to ask for directions. Two male people kindly attended to me well. It is not common to find people like that. 👏👏

What's not to love about having a small store conveniently located at the bottom of the hill?? Danielle's smile lights up the store upon entering. Grabbed some snacks and a tank of gasoline before having to leave the majestic High Country. Stop by to say hello and pick up a little something to take with you as you are exploring beautiful North Carolina. Does not disappoint!

I can’t say enough of the amazing soul and humanity that is James!We arrived the corner of Seven Devils Road and the 105 to find Seven Devils Police had blocked off Seven Devils Road due to the winter storm. There was so much uncertainty at that time as to when they would reopen. I walked into the Speedway to assess the bathroom and food situation as why might be staying there for a while, and that’s when I met James.What a remarkable person! What a kind heart!The bathrooms were really clean, and we were able to get tons of snacks and drinks as we waited for snow plows to come through.James, thank you so much. When all were worried and anxious you were there for us and the other families.God bless you always.Frank

Went to stop for gas, pump didn’t dispense gas and and within 4 hours $400 was removed from the account. There were very sketchy men in ski masks who pulled their windowless van to the pump next to us and tried to approach us at a fast pace and I have never been so scared at a gas station in my life. Also when I called the manager at the station to explain the issue with the card being charged even without gas dispensed, they were rude and dismissive. Please don’t go here for your own safety. DO NOT STOP BEFORE THE SUN IS OUT.

While their selection could use some improvement, the staff I encountered were very helpful & friendly. They went above & beyond to try to help me find what I was looking for.And despite them not being open 24 hours at the moment, I was still happy they were at least open until 11pm. In this area it's rare to find any store open past 10pm.I recommend stopping by if you're in the area, especially if it's after 10pm & before 11pm & you're looking for some of the cheapest gas prices in this area.
