“Buttercup's Treasures is by far the best antique and thrift store in Western North Carolina. Not only are their prices incredibly reasonable, it is a very clean and organized shop. I 100% disagree with the review that said they've gone up on their glassware, I shop there every couple weeks, and I have not noticed an increase in their prices at all. I have to mention also, the ladies that work there are genuinely friendly, and are knowledgeable about the goods they sell.”

“Totally worth the stop. We found some fun stuff. We almost bought a mirror, but i wasn't sure it was quite right for the space i want to put it in. It's the closest we've been though. I've seen a lot of church pews in my travels, but this place has a beautiful individual kneeler. There's 3 floors of fun right off Main St and there's even a bonus space out back.”

“My mother in law, a long time Franklin resident, passed away last December. My wife and I don't live in Franklin and we were faced with the task of having to clean out her house that contained a 60 year accumulation of furniture, clothes, personal items, papers, etc. Jeff and Eric Boatwright came to our rescue. They cleaned out the house, separating what they could sell at auction (for a reasonable percentage) and taking the remainder to the dump. I would recommend their services highly.”

“Three floors packed full of collectibles and antiques! We found a cool piece that we ended up purchasing. There were several other pieces that I was tempted on too. One section that I loved had all sorts of antique advertising. That really speaks to me. I’ll come back next time I’m in town. Just as an FYI they don’t have public restrooms. You will have to go two doors down to the Town Hall. It’s an easy walk to get there. This store takes cash and card, which isn’t typical of most antique stores so that’s a nice touch. Highly recommend for all your antiquing needs!”
