“While I typically refrain from offering reviews, I feel compelled to share my heartfelt recommendation for this exemplary body shop. Recently, my truck was involved in an unfortunate collision, prompting me to bring it to Robert Thompson, a knowledgeable and dedicated professional. From our initial meeting, Robert impressed me with his thorough explanations regarding the repairs my vehicle required, as well as a clear timeline for when I could expect the work to be completed.
After I picked up my truck, I encountered an issue with a malfunctioning sensor. What truly stood out was Robert's commitment to his customers; he took it upon himself to personally address the problem. Not only did he resolve the sensor issue with expertise, but he also demonstrated exemplary customer service during the process. To make amends for the travel inconvenience I experienced while returning to his shop, he generously filled my truck with gas during the test drive.
I am genuinely pleased with the level of service provided by this organization, from the meticulous repairs to the personal touch in customer care. Their dedication to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction leaves me absolutely satisfied, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of vehicle repairs.”

“The guy there was really helpful. My poor little Kia Soul couldn't take the cold weather so we had to stop and get a new battery. They were straightforward and quick with everything. We made it home to FL and have had no problems with the battery. It was cheaper than some of the other auto places we called too.”

“I was in town for work with my '99 F-550 7.3 and was having a slow crank that would at times show itself with very long (multiple, 10 second tries) and at other times just a 3 second slow crank. Even once, it clicked but would not crank at all.The owner saw me first thing in the morning to get me a diagnostic since it's my work truck - even though he was booked. After hooking me up, looking at data, starting, etc., he looked at me and said, "Definitely a starter.".Since I could replace the starter myself, he said,"No worries...happy to help."....amazing!And, he was right.Even though i had put a remanufactured starter from Autozone AND a Ford OEM starter in within the past year, I purchased a new - not remanufactured starter - and it quickly cranked right up!I had taken it to two other mechanics trying to diagnose what I thought was a slow crank...and both said that nothing was wrong, but did replace other things...”
