I've only been here twice and already I like they're friendly service, the way the mechanic takes his time to explain what needs to be fixed and why and how our can be prevented in the future. It's like having a small class lesson for free. And, they are very reasonable in their prices.

Was acknowledged as soon as I pulled up. Checked my battery to see if it needed replaced, yes it did and they had one in stock. Installed it and was back on the road in 20 mintues. I would highly recommend this business!!

After going next door to Jiffy Lube and being told they “didn’t have anything” to give my LandRover an oil change, I came over to Franklin Lube & Repair for the first time. It was 4:45, and the mechanic was busy. He could have easily turned me away, but he stayed until after closing to do my oil change. He was so friendly, as was the receptionist, and I will be a repeat customer!Service: Oil change
