Carolina Motel is a very clean and well-maintained property, offering spacious and comfortable rooms that provide travelers room to spread out and relax. The motel is an older building that has been renovated and is clearly taken care of with great pride. Some rooms include a fridge, microwave, table, and chairs. The property also features two cabins in the back with full kitchen and dining facilities. Guests can enjoy amenities including a swimming pool with cold spring water, a fire pit, picnic tables, and views of green grass and rolling hills. The owners are welcoming hosts who offer true Southern hospitality. They are very helpful and great at recommending things in the area, including good local restaurants and hiking trails. The motel is centrally located, close to shopping, historic downtown Franklin, many hiking trails, waterfalls, and dining. Overall, it is a great place to stay and many guests report they will definitely be returning.
I stay at this awesome little motel at least once a year. 3 years in a row. It’s a great location with friendly staff. David is great. My latest stay I enjoyed the pool and a quick fire pit to go with the sunset. Give this cute little place a try.

We had a quick getaway to the mountains and this motel was GREAT! Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, and quiet. The price was excellent and fit our budget. Thank you for an awesome stay!
