The service is ok, but buy online as going in the store is a waste of time. I need to upgrade my phone, researched Cricket phones and found one I could live with. Went to the store, told him the phone and to activate it, it was twice the price of the phone. I asked him to break it down for me, and he said it was a $75 activation fee!! What!?! Everything I had read before going in said there would be a $25 activation fee. I felt like I was being ripped off. No thank you. Thinking of transferring my number to another carrier.

I'm giving them 6 stars. I had just the worst time with mint mobile and trying to get a phone operating. It was an absolute nightmare, don't go there. But that is another story. To remedy the situation I went back to my old friends at cricket. I was greeted immediately by Megan and said she would help me as soon as which she did. She was genuinely friendly and courteous. She explained clearly how all the deals worked. I got a new and much better phone for free. I got a plan where I get more data and pay less than I did before. She also gave me a discount on a hard case and tempered glass. I could not tell you that I've ever had a better customer experience then I did hear. Thank you Megan for all your help.

I'd give 2.5 if it would let me. However it won't and I don't round up. Especially in this case.The store front and lobby are nice. Clean. And inviting. And usually you get greeted. However a certain employee seems to not really give a darn. Especially right before closing.Now the phones are priced to still be just out of reach for most consumers. And they don't really offer incentives unless you port in. But for your valued customers, darn near full price. And the phone selection and quality are sub par.The service has seemed to tank over the last couple years. The 5G isn't worth it. 4GLTE works better and provides stable data. But that's to be expected when you are an MVNO carrier buying AT&T tower usage. Rightfully, we'd have sub par signal as well.The calls and texts are about standard.Now back to the store location. This review is specific for one reason. When a customer comes in with an issue they are faced with, you the cricket professional should address the issue. Instead of sitting on your laurels andleaving me standing there in awkward silence. Closing or not, assist the customer or get into a career field that doesn't require so much customer interaction.The store could get better employees or properly train them.All in all a sub-par wireless service with sub par phones, sub par signal and sub par customer service thus far.

Customer service was amazing!Very helpful staff. I was able to get the phone I wanted at a reasonable amount.

When I started using cricket 2 years or so ago i always Dealt with Megan she was wonderful but over the last few months I didn't see her and the customer service has gone way downhill to the point where I switched companies

I do not recommend this phone company at all they only have one way for you to make your payment for free without charging you any extra fees and that is through their automated system and 99.99% of the time it does not work so you have to get in with the representative and then they charge you an extra $5 I was set up for auto pay had the money in my account every month and had to call them every month to get them to take the money because it said it wouldn't go through they could never fix the problem it's the only place I ever had problems with my card this company is useless and they're just scamming people out of their money

Got our cell phones here. Good experience. However, also bought a karaoke machine. It didn't work properly. Unfortunately they didn't tell me that they wouldn't take it back. Paid cash, so out nearly $90. Zizo wouldn't either (manufacture). Poor business practice.
