The place stays clean, staff is wonderful and the storage units are decent sized. They don't leak nor have rodent issues. I feel safe leaving my stuff in these units.

After being a customer for years I would have appreciated a notice that our rent was being increased. It’s only $10 but the principal. Maybe it’s in the fine print and I missed it. Needless to say there will be a unit available soon.
