No backpack policy. I’m a paying customer. I’m not going to leave my backpack with $7500 in cash in it up front because I ride a motorcycle. If you’re going to treat me like a criminal I won’t spend my money here. That simple. Staff was nice tho.

My mother in law has had nothing but bad experiences at this store . The manager Kim is rude, disrespectful, and talks bad about the customers while they are in the store and loud enough for people to overhear. This lady obviously hates her job. Nobody likes going into a store and have an employee with a nasty attitude ruin your day.. smh.. dollar general would be better off without employees like this..

Doller general employee becca was truly amazing. Witnessed a very difficult customer in front of me cussing and being a mean person but she just handeled it with a smile and said have a good day ! She pointed me in the direction of the snack I needed and even offered to cover the change i didn't have ! Dollar general needs more people like her !

The employees here are so rude idk how they still have jobs. The manager is probably the rudest one and the man that’s always in the front at the cashier will take his SWEET time getting to you and then look at you like you’re an idiot when you have EBT. He also will SHOVE groceries in the bag and crush half of what you get. Most nights when you go in the women are at the front including mangers are gossiping anout other employees or customers and not acknowledging you at all. It makes me and my family so uncomfortable coming into this building.. this place has gone downhill so fast it’s unreal. I’ll drive further for better service. Not that these employees would care if they lost business anyway. It would give them more free time to be ignorant

Was in store 3/7 and heard a staff member (believed to be manager)yelling from behind the counter at someone No and shit up then when asked to get an item down for them refusing to.I don’t know the reason as to why but it made me as a customer in this environment very uncomfortable. Also the isles were filled with rollers carts and you couldn’t get down isles.Having a disabled mother this would have been an issue had she come with me shopping. I don’t know what is going on with this store and it’s management but it needs to be looked into. I will be going to the stores on Georgia rd from now on.hope things get better but I advise anyone who could to avoid at all costs.

There’s never a cashier up front. They eventually stroll over from…idk where? Why is there never a cashier??? They have a self checkout, but it isn’t actually turned on. It’s usually faster just to drive somewhere further to save time.

Kim is the RUDEST employee!! God forbid you pick something up and place it in a wrong spot she will wait until you’re ready to check out and throw the item down at you and demand you put it where it goes or else you’ll have to pay for it!? Even after apologizing! DG lost a very good/loyal customer because of her!!

The staff is amazing. I'm older. I was walking in one day and stumbled abit (legs ain't what they used to be) the manager was quick to assist me. If I recall correctly her name was Kim. Her associate was just as helpful. Helping to find the items I was looking to purchase Sonya a very nice lady. They even helped me get my purchases to the car!

Awful employee/so called manager no respect.She should be trained as to DG policy and not try to make their own rules and yell at customers. As for the so called manager who had a permanent nasty look on her face glasses and dirty blond hair who would not give me her name or her uppers names when asked she should be dealt accordingly for her behavior (doubtful this will happen.)hope she is a really a manager not a key holder and just telling ppl she's a manager because that is a huge difference in position. Yelling at anyone who is a paying customer no matter what they are purchasing while others are in the store or not is beyond disrespectful.IF DG IS GOING TO PAY PPL TO BE MANAGERS THEY SHOULD BE TRAINED TO TREAT ALL CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT AND LEARN DG CORPORATE POLICIES NOT MAKE THIER OWN. I will be turning in the video I have to higher up. Absolutely by far the worst DG experience ever.

An employee Sean Howard was VERY nasty and rude to me and my stepmom that just had surgery. I tried to speak with the manager and she did absolutely nothing about his horrible behavior.

The manger and an employee are absolutely disgustingly disrespectful to customers. I had to defend a gentleman today over their behavior towards him. I've never seen a DG location with this bad of employees. Please go to other locations we have several in this area. The also lied and said the man said something I'm not going to repeat here and I was standing there the entire time and he never said that at all. Please be careful coming to this location because they tried to get that man in trouble.

This Dollar General location accepts FedEx packages for customer pickup. Employees knew I was waiting on the package, but some how it was redirected back to California shipper.

Twice I've gone up there and although both times were during business hours they were closed for no apparent reason. Is this how businesses conduct themselves here, because if so that's ridiculous and extremely unprofessional.
