Unreal how their customer service has deteriorated in the last few years, and timely delivers are unacceptable..This year especially…3 weeks to get gas from one of my properties, on the same order for another one of our properties. Several emails from them with dates of scheduled delivery. No show. Several calls to them no one knows why. Finally manager calls, failed to acknowledge, and commented why are you upset over a propane delivery? Unbelievable. Last year out of gas, 3 weeks to get when temps near 0*. Didn’t care.

Excellent employees in the office and also employees doing the actual delivery. The young man that filled my tank was very courteous and was very pleasant to talk with. He was careful during the filling and very protective of my property. Keep up the good work in all departments!!!

This company is pretty much a joke now.Call to order propane and you get directed to their automated phone service and get run around into nowhere with this idiocy .

I was told to call at 40%. I now have 1% and it has been a month. Don't try and call, for now with the auto phone service, you ain't talking to nobody. Auto phone service is horrible customer service, yet everyone is doing it. Not for me. If I get this gas, it will be the last Ferrellgas I get.

Customer service says you can’t place a delivery until you’re at 30%. I did that, going on 3 weeks later and still no gas. I’ve called multiples time they have contacted local dispatch 3 times telling me someone will be out Friday, yesterday and today. Still a no show. Not to mention I made them aware that I do have 3 kids, this is my only source of heat and I also have a gas stove. I also asked for a discount on my bill since this has happened the last 3 times I’ve requested delivery and was told that they couldnt do that. Needless to say I’ve been more patient than I should be, worse customer service. I will be searching for a new propane company.

Order placed on October 20th and still no gas on November 30th. 40 Days later. Collected money upfront. Supposed to also install a gas appliance. Made no attempt to schedule or deliver. Gas Tank near zero. One Star is too high of a rating.

They request you call for your next delivery when the gas level in your tank hits 30%. I called when it hit 35%, out of concern because of continuous cold weather. I was promised an outside delivery date of 2 weeks past my call date, so that was Monday, 1/31. No one ever came. On 2/02 I started calling their office daily. On Friday, 2/04 the call desk could finally see my name on the local office's delivery schedule. No one came that day either ... nor on Saturday. I called on Monday, 2/07 -- with my gas tank down to 6% -- and was not even showing on the local office's delivery schedule. I need to find another propane company.

Received an email from Ferrellgas to write a review. Around October 2021, purchased this house which had sat empty for over a year. Called Ferrellgas because that is the name on the tank. Turned out I own the tank. This was my first time ever to use a Propane company. I know we discussed the possibility of leaks, and to check was $200, I paid $1200. The guy that came a filled the tank was a super nice guy, lit the pilot lights. I leave the house for a disc fusion back surgery. Came back in January 2020. Turned on the heat an it smelled so bad you could not stay in the house. Had to have the HVAC Ducts replaced. Turned the heat on everything was working fine. Went to bed, woke around 4am freezing. The heat was running but no heat. Tracked it down to I had no propane.
