Service is really bad. Especially the Pro Desk area. Beware of this person called Efraim there. He is abusive and insulting. It is hit or miss kind of thing. Staff turnover is high and seems everyone is always new and getting trained there. They messed up my Appliance delivery. Management is very poor also. This store is the worst Lowe's I have dealt with. Countless number of times I see people getting upset and looking frustrated. They also do not stock up well on items. Seems always lacking everything.

I have used store 717, Franklin NC, for 3 years since being a part time resident. The state is friendly and well stocked. I was there on 8/3/23 and was having difficulty finding an item. Department supervisor, Maureen (tools & hardware) asked if i needed help and escorted me to inside garden to find a scrub brush that we couldn't find. She spotted some in topstock and brought a machine to bring them down. It may not sound like a lot, but her help was instrumental in helping with my project. Many thanks to her and Lowes .

With the mower fiasco behind me, I swore I'd never set foot in this store again. So happens I was in the market for a pellet smoker so I could smoke a turkey before thanksgiving. Against my own better judgement, I decided to give them a try again. Now I don't know what happened since the last time I was in there, but I think they built a whole new store and hired a completely new staff. Associates were friendly and helpful, they knew their product, and never gave up until they found what I needed or could answer questions. Don't know what you guys did, but I want to thank you for all the help you gave. Y'all are my new favorite store. AWESOME JOB!

We ordered thousands of dollars worth of interior doors and still haven't received 6+ months latter. Tee picked doors they had hanging in the store but turned out they didn't even know how to get in contact with them. After months of waiting we tried to get answers from the store but kept getting a "we'll look into it and call u back". One of the managers (Miguel) avoided phone calls, ignored emails, and ghosted us like a real leader (with significant room for improvement). No one has any answers and I guess we'll just walk away after thousands of $$ and 6 months invested. My advice - just because they sell it doesn't mean you'll get it. They are clueless about their vendors and don't stand by customer service when u get screwed.

We bought an EGO lawnmower from Lowes on june 10, 2022. We tried to use it for the first time today. It does not work and we have decided to return it. We were told since it is after a 30 day period we must contact the manufacturer to get an "ar" code before we could return it to the store. We called EGO and were told they do not give out the AR codes and Lowes should request the code themselves. After numerous phone calls between the manufacturer and lowes we have gotten no satisfaction. We are long time customers of Lowes but will never shop there again. Customer service at this.store is non-existent. We will be contacting the CEO of lowes.

I've had a sliding door backordered through Lowes for some time-another supply issue. Finally arrived and yesterday ran into some issues getting that one and the stock doors delivered. Lowes listened to my complaining, heard me and two of their guys brought the doors first thing this morning! Now for the installation stage! :-)

We have a family home here and come several months a year. We have bought several appliances at Lowe's. We recently bought a new store. When it was delivered and unboxed, the oven door was cracked. David, the manager, and Glenda, the supervisor, were extremely helpful and got us taken care of immediately. Thank you Lowe's! We shall be back! the Rothwells

DO NOT ORDER YOUR KITCHEN THERE. They sub out work and nobody will accept accountability for anything. The installer in charge of measuring my kitchen was hired by Lowe's. He mismeasured. My cabinets were 4 months late because of his error. My cabinet delivery was sub'd out to a series of entities and the end delivery was done by unvetted, careless people who refused to bring the cabinets inside even though I paid Lowe's $350 to hire someone would do so. My appliances were ordered 5/28/2021 based PURELY on availability because. didn't want to order something that would be stranded on their way from China. I was assured ALL my items were available for delivery. Yet......They have miraculously disappeared. You will hang on the phone line for hours when you try to get anyone in delivery, cabinets, appliances or managers. Then the phone system will cut you off. The "installation specialists" have no idea what is going on with your order and can't reach the installers. The delivery people have no accountability if they damage your property either. They ran off my driveway, took my shrubbery, got stuck, tore up the driveway asphalt and a 2nd delivery ran into my gate, scraped off the paint and didn't have the honestly to tell me. Unless you have the patience of Job and want to try to herd cats with emails, phone calls and personal visits to the store.....only to be rewarded with delays, DO NOT ORDER YOUR KITCHEN HERE.

I would have chosen no stars for the review if I could've. This store is very poorly managed and costumer service is terrible. There's a mask mandate in the state but the staff and costumer's don't wear them. The garden section is not managed properly and the plants die from lack of water or care! I bought flower bulbs there and they were dead,I guess from being old. They refused to take them back because of them being in a box and said in a very rude way that it wasn't their fault! Some of the employees were talking politics all the while we were trying to get some help! We were in total disreguard to them. I could add more but I won't. I will not shop here anymore.

I ordered one item for pickup and paid online today. Never got an email so went in to get it anyway. Something went wrong, but the item was there but no email went out. Then the lady said oh there is a problem, you need to pay again, and we will refund the other. Ok, she charged me again. I come home and look on my visa account online and there is now 2 charges. Oh well maybe one will drop off. I can worry about that later. What bothers me more is that I was only there a short time and only at the pick up desk at the door. I didnt go more than 3 feet into the store, yet I see 2 Lowes uniformed employees on duty with no masks! We are in the middle of an epidemic with rising rates in 44 out of 50 states INCLUDING this one. There is a high percentage of retired folks in this town yet these people wont wear a mask! I notice this in two seconds. Management must be blind, or not care. BE CAREFUL at this store.!!! I recently bought a refrigerator and their delivery guys come into your home maskless too and put it together inside your home maskless. No wonder this disease is out of control!

Lowe's is hit or miss. Today I was looking at flooring and picked up 2 Pergo samples that were not marked with price. I stopped at register and the samples would not scan. The woman at the register went to the next register to ask about and the second woman was typing on her phone and finally came up with some information for 1 sample which I did not think was right so I walked out. The samples that were marked were $.25. Floors are a couple thousand dollars and I have to wait for someone to look up info on her phone for a sample charge. It rubbed me the wrong way

I have had many bad experiences at Lowes.. the customers help me more than employees.. I ended up writing better business at one point and they set Lowes straight.. not a good place to go for service. but that's all we have and they know it.

Just walked out after requesting assistance in the lawn and garden section concerning fire ant killer. As usual no help ever showed up and i have to drive elsewhere to try and get what i need. I am slightly crippled and walking is very painful to me. The lack of empathy displayed by this store is disturbing to say the least. In my opinion, the blame for this does sit on the shoulders of the store manager who apparently does not place a value of Quality Customer Service. His lack of taking this serious clearly shows in how unprepared and untrained the staff is.

Came to them for some vinyl flooring for a 2nd home in the area. After a 3 week lead time, on the day of the install I received a call to reschedule. Just a series of mix ups on the install dates, poor installation, poor customer service and passing of the buck between the store and customer service of Lowe's. Bottom line is they offered to sell me additional materials and installation to complete a job they should have finished correctly the first time. DO NOT USE them for flooring or 3rd party installation. Terrible customer service.
