Cody with MCU is the best!!!! All of the benefits that MCU offer are fantastic. Every interaction with Cody has always been excellent, very informative and always handles every situation in a timely manner. I don't think you can find this level of service any other place

Everytime I walk in, the staff makes me feel at home. Cody is always on top of things and does a great job with the community! Wanda, Jessica, Hope, & Morgan are awesome!!

Worst customer service I've experienced in a credit union ever! And the first representative was initially friendly and trying to be helpful. I explained I was new in town and the credit Union back home in Nc told me this location participated in " shared branching" something of huge value to a member of the credit union, was told by half a dozen young ladies repeatedly what they would not do and couldn't not do but zero effort was given to help. I even asked about opening an account there since I was moving to this area, my experience from work is to increase membership increase business but apparently this location wasn't CC on that memo. $500 limit for all branch to branch saying it was very risky and has a lot of crime associated with it. Never heard this from any other credit union from Alaska Arizona Coastal NC for 20 years! Using the shared branching process.

I am being penalized because my account was hacked. I was stripped of online use, checking account and ATM usage for something beyond my control. I don't have time to go the location each time I need money. I work and they are closed when I get off.

Good luck every getting anyone on the phone or having a call returned. I would give a 0 star if I could. We opened account when we first moved here and after a few months realized they are not about customer service at all. We quickly changed to Nantahala Bank and could not be happier.

You can never get anyone to answer the phone! During business hours you should be able to get someone to answer!! We are all trying to pay bills and buy the things we need and if you have questions or problems this bank is the worst for getting any help because no one ever answers the phone!! And it's also annoying their lobby is open one day and closed the next! Life has to go on, the world is still turning and the needs of the people who keep THEIR money in that bank are important!! I would be fired if I never answered the phone when my customers call!

Worst bank I have ever belonged to. Should not even be allowed to be a credit union. Nothing good to say and now they closed the lobby so all transactions, no matter how involved and time consuming, are handled at the drive through. Holds on checks are also excessive.

I do not appreciate the fact that I have the money in my account and my card declined yet I know there is money and I have a bill to pay.
