“Laura was very helpful on the phone in scheduling a time that worked for me to have a grand piano loaded on a rental truck for me, as I was coming from Cincinnati, Ohio to pick it up. Greg & the guys arrived early, were very professional, friendly, careful, and strong. They knew what they were doing every step of the way, from packing to going through gravel, up 2 sets of steps outside, then into the rental truck, and strapping the piano to the truck wall. They also helped me by giving detailed advice on how to unload & set up the piano in our Cincinnati home. We just moved the piano into home last night; the piano was perfect and their directions about unloading & set up were perfect. Thank You All !
