Sears Appliance Repair offers easy scheduling and a call under manufacturer warranty. The repairman is awesome and super nice, but the AI answering service is horrible and chat options are limited, making communication hard. The technician goes above and beyond, doing in depth trouble shooting, explaining everything, and fixing the dryer. He kept the customer informed, was polite, friendly and professional, and arrived on time. He gave a price and an option to order the part or buy a new washer. Merry Christmas.
