Storage Depot – Franklin – Self Service offers a clean, accessible, and well-maintained facility. Customers appreciate the helpful and friendly staff, including a manager, Jennifer, and Stephanie, who are knowledgeable, patient, and professional. They provide clear explanations and quick assistance, making the rental process easy. The staff members are considered a true asset to the business. However, some customers have experienced confusion due to incorrect website information and misleading phone numbers, which made finding the facility challenging at first. Overall, Storage Depot provides a positive storage experience with helpful staff and a convenient location.
The facility has been a good place to keep our belongings the past year. We moved into a fully furnished home while waiting the closure on our first home as homeowners And they have been good this far. They did switch property managers in the mix but so far have had a good experience.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The facility is clean. But the price is to much in my opinion. I may have to change facilities if I can find on cheaper one.
