“My pup is allergic to chicken and ingles is the only one that carry’s her dog food. I’ve looked all over for a bag this week and everyone is out. I called Franklin to see if they had any before I took that long drive over and Miss Layla at customer service was just an angel when I called. I felt so bad for even calling to ask someone to go look and she was so sweet about it! She went and looked for me and came right back to the phone unfortunately they were out as well but she was so friendly about it I just felt she needed recognition!!! Thank you Layla. Ingles is lucky to have you!!!”
“I would recommend people that are used to just shopping at Ingles and Walmart around here to start looking at the weekly ad for the food Lion in Franklin because a lot of times they beat the pants off of Ingles and even Walmart for prices and surprisingly they carry many things that you can't get at Ingles in Walmart and the people that work there are super friendly and helpful”
