Thank you so much for your help today, ladies! What a warm, compassionate team eager to assist with making people feel better! I have never had a pharmacy with so much a helpful staff. I’m so happy I am switching pharmacies and will be visiting you all! I won’t be dreading the pharmacy as much now. If you want a caring, locally ran pharmacy that is compassionate and warm, who doesn’t see you as just a number, this is the place for you! If you want a place never open, who could care less about you getting your prescriptions (kind of a big deal) go to Walgreens.

The ladies that work here making getting your prescription a joy. Helpful, never in a hurry, accommodating and very nice. I drive down the mountain 30 minutes from Highlands every month just to go here instead of any other pharmacy.

Tipton pharmacy definitely takes you back to a small town feeling. Their level of expertise is amazing. We are definitely blessed to have them in Franklin, North Carolina. I called needing a Tylenol mixture made up so my son would not have to try to take 7.5 ml. They told me exactly what I needed to get my doctor to send in to them. They had it ready very quickly. Customer service was top-notch!
