Mike and His team have bent over to assist us in getting the correct blower for the wood stove we purchased in November. These guys really care about their customers. We will Always do our shopping at Tractor Supply in Franklin. We know if something is not right they will do whatever needs to needs to be done to make it work or make it right. They are people of their word. We honor and respect that quality. And we will support our local business. It is a pleasure to do business with them. Thank you Mike for everything. You are greatly appreciated.

Went to give puppies a bath. The stinch in the doggie wash was so horrible, we couldn't stand it and had to leave. I understand the wet dog smell. It was that combined with a strong poop smell. The workers were unaware of it, which tells me they don't check it regularly. Won't be back to wash dogs here. I'll go to Sylva. 🤢🤮

Inaccurate information online they show it to be a cylinder exchange for oxygen and acetylene when you go into the store they say no they’ve never heard of it so they should probably probably change that online

Store personnel are friendly and helpful. However. Sales signs marked on shelves do not reflect on merchandise when checked at register. Additionally, checkout personnel are unaware of sales and unable to change prices without authorization from a manager. In one instance, they "checked" the price to see if a sale reduction had rung up, told me it had. And continued, when in fact, it did not happen as indicated on the screen right in front of me...Next time, I will drive the extra 30 minutes to highway 74 to the other store and save the aggravation.
