Welch Automotive has serviced our cars in the past, but recently they installed a set of tires and aligned my son’s truck. I am most impressed with their knowledge and experience in the automotive service and repair industry. That’s very important to me. They are professional, prompt, and fair. Honesty is their policy. Since day one, John has been honest and worked with me on my very difficult troubleshooting for my vehicle. Even for one of my repairs he got me 3 different options and went over every detail in regard to each option including warranties. Would recommend to anyone who wants an honest shop to bring their car or truck to Welch Automotive is honestly great.

I recommend Welch Automotive to anyone who needs a mechanic they can trust. Recently my brakes failed traveling from Sylva to Franklin. A new mechanic worked on my truck and he twisted the front brakes lines and partially kinked PTS. When I brought this to John (the owner) attention, he corrected it on the spot. He apologized for his worker mistake. His prices are reasonable and he is very professional. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for great mechanic that will stand by their work.
