We needed to go to a Wells Fargo branch to take care of some business in person. Unfortunately there is not a Wells Fargo location anywhere near Knoxville, TN. When speaking with a representative in the main Wells Fargo line of the three nearest Wells Fargo locations, this one being the farthest away at 2 hours (the other two were about 1.5 hours), this location was the only one with an appointment available! However, the staff we dealt with when we arrived were very friendly and helpful. They were quick to take care of with what we were needing help.

I have been banking with Wells Fargo for as long as I can remember and not once have I had to deal with a manager as horrible as the one at this. On two separate occasions I have had to drive to Sylvia in order to continue my banking needs. Once because my wife was not with me even though she signed the back of the check with both of our names and the other time was because of a check she refused to deposit. If it wasn't for the wonderful service I received at the other branch locations I would just stop using WF. I really hope something is done in order to rectify this situation.

Tried making an appointment to meet with a bank representative for a loan, HELOC or any other type of loan for a home renovation - the representative on the phone didn’t even know what a HELOC - (Home equity line of credit) was nor did she offer any assistance with any other type of loan. I was told “we aren’t doing those right now.” When I asked why not she replied “ I don’t know! That’s just what I was told by another banker!” and hung up.SERIOUSLY?!Are you faltering Wells Fargo???We are done with you.

The bank here is not to be regarded for accuracy . They created errors that are not acceptable. The also treated me very poorly and tried to blame my Federal Fiduciary for Veterans Benefits for the snafu that was thier doing. They titled the account inaccurately... he is not representative payee for social security benefits even though my fiduciary was verbally clear and had all proper documents from the Veterans Affairs and that they copied last March.Horrible experience for me and quite frankly not nice folks. They literally said to my fiduciary after three hours of evolving stories... you are banned from our building and never once apologies for closing my personal account when no one told them to...in addition to mislabling his fiduciary account. It appears resolved now... but after a very traumatic day I am both exhausted and frustrated by what should have been a simple thing. Not to be recommended with safeguarding my Veterans benefits.--------(Mr. S**** here)------Everything my spouse says here in this review is accurate. BUT she is to kind.I was appointed by the VA as Federal Fiduciary for Veterans Benefits in order to manage her benefits. She was found by the Veterans Administration to be unable to appropriately manage these benefits due to her service connected total and permanent disabilities incurred from a series of events that happened to her while on duty in the US Army. (Mr. Casey has not yet responded to my email detailing that days' irregular and ugly occurances) I will note that nowhere here is there even a simple, ."We're sorry that you had this happen.".Mr.Casey if you wish....I can cut and paste the self same letter to here so that everything can be done openly and with transparency so that all of us can be found to be candid and forthright..?In any event you feel free to respond via email as stated in my letter to you as soon as practicable and at least apologize to us both (here) for being publicly shamed and humiliated by parading us loudly out of your dam* building last week as if my wife and myself were some kind of miscreants or thugs by going to your branch in Franklin in order to correct a non trivial bank error. The events of this entire thing have been both ugly and uncivilized on your part and continue to raise far to many red-flags with regard to yourself, your organization and your ways of doing business. That will be all for now.respectfully Ever

Poor customer service. Call and it takes forever to speak with someone. When they do answer they’re all shoulders. Can’t help, but they ‘understand’.
