The manager, Jackie used to be hit or miss. Sometimes she would be very nice, sometimes very rude. Recently, she is as rude as it comes every time I or my husband shop there. She won’t honor the $5 off $25 coupons, which is a separate issue aside from her general dismissive attitude towards customers. Doesn’t want to be there, doesn’t want to deal with you, and is pissed off at the world. Get a new job if you don’t want work in customer service or with the general public. Don’t be angry for having to do your job and take it out on the patrons!

Imagine having a store number you don't answer when someone calls to ask a customer service question. Bad form. Maybe I don't know answer the phone when a customer calls?

I hate that location in Wilton.. The manager JackieK is very rude and have no clue what she is doing. She should not be working in Customer Service any where. I will tell everyone not to go there as she is working there. I definitely will not be going back. Very rude and prejudice.

I called 5 times from 6:19-6:27 before anyone would answer the phone and I asked if they had any deadbolt locks in stock, the lady proceeded to sigh over the phone and told me that they were really busy right now and she couldn’t go check right then. I told her not a problem, whenever she had time could she check for me and just call me back later…. SHE LITERALLY SAID NOTHING & SHE HUNG UP ON ME! I tried to be as accommodating as I could be to her situation bc I have managed a convenience store before and I know how it is when you’re busy… but THAT’S JUST NOT RIGHT! Be professional when you’re at work no matter what job you have and I’ve done customer service work for MANY MANY years and you just don’t do that!!
